'The cabin was fine except for the one issue I had with the cleanliness. The dishwasher was full of half clean dishes. I say half clean because the dishwasher had been run, but the many of the dishes were not clean. I had to hand wash them first because I did not want to be blamed for putting away unclean dishes and washing them again in the dishwasher would have been futile. '

'The hotel was great value, the best in the general area when I was searching. The room was very clean, and no problems with bugs, or any other general housekeeping issues. The only issue I had was trying to call the front desk twice to ask about late arrivals (no one picked up), and the mattresses could be upgraded, mine were very firm. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for the price!'

'Booked for a relaxing birthday vacation away from busy life in NY. The day of our arrival (hours before arriving) we were informed that the hot tub isn't working and won't be for at least another week.
