'The resort is beautiful on the outside. The beach was spotless with no seaweed and the color was turquoise. It was see through! Issues: they make you sign a “Non-Responsible for theft from the room and safe box” we were scared to get robbed at that point. 'The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, banks, etc. The staff is lovely, super friendly and helpful. One of the biggest assets they have, in my opinion, is that their pool is open 24/7, that was a plus for my family and I. The pool is also the most perfect depth, temperature and size. The highlight of our stay was our waiter Kiuston and his crew, him and his team really made us feel like family. We looked forward to spending time by the pool...

'Om een appartement te zoeken voor 6 maanden "overwinteren" in de Dominicana . Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Iedere dag schoon beddengoed en handdoeken dus wat hygiëne betreft niets te klagen. Alleen het ontbijt vond ik wat "magertjes" ! Met vriendelijke groet , Jan van Beest '

'Only issues I found were I needed to ask for another towel for 2nd guest and more toilet paper. They didn't really have someone come to clean or change sheets/trash over 4 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The water flow sometimes was choppy like alternating between strong and weak flow. However it was very clean. The only thing missing from room is a nice big mirror and the room is a bit small in terms of space. Overall nice place to stay for the price. I would return. Just be prepared...

'Bij aankomst enorm verschoten en het gevoel om weer te willen weggaan naar een ander hotel. Drie nadere kamers bekeken: zelfde staat. Zeer koele inrichting van de kamer en badkamer en enorm gedateerd. Gelukkig waren wij iedere dag een ganse dag op uitstap. Balkon met zicht op zwembad was super! accommodatie oogt rondom het zwembad prachtig maar de kamers zijn serieus aan renovatie toe. Zeer toffe ligging, zeer goede uitvalsbasis, leuke ontbijtruimte aan het zwembad in openlucht met rieten afdak....

'Binnenkomst staat er al zon vent die al je koffers aan neemt. aanmelding was goed met champagne. Bij binnenkomst word niet verteld welk blok je kamer zit dus word er eigenlijk gedwongen dat er zo'n vent mee loopt bij de hotel kamer blijft die gewoon wachten tot je tip heb gegeven... Kamer was super groot konden onze ogen niet geloven dus dat was echt super, groot 2 badkamers 2 slaapkamers, grote keuken met bar. Restaurants waren Oke, hebben alleen van het buffet en de Italiaanse restaurant...

'Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas '
