Noise is the main problem. I was on the 8th floor and I could hear the music from the club on the 2nd floor until 3-3:30am. The bed was comfy but the pillows are big and hard.

Worst Ever
Room was not cleaned properly. Washroom was used by previous stay and it was not cleaned. Requested many times to clean the washroom but no one came. They are just switching the guests after checkout without even cleaning. After so many calls they came and put air freshener 😂 Building is also very old. I would say don’t try to book this even if the price is low. Reasons to avoid: 1. No Floor Mat 2. Kettle was broken and it very old 3. Room had very bad smell 4. Washroom was not cleaned 5. Building is very old 6. No cleaning or Sanitization before handover to new guest. 7. You will hear DJ sound for the entire night

Great staff and nice people in this hotel
This hotel has very friendly staff who always want to help. They always smile to you and do everything you want and more. My car did not work in my last day in the hotel and I had to run to catch my flight. Valet parking people told me not worry about my car as they will take care of it until I send the towing truck and urged me to run to catch my flight. Thank you so much

first of all the picture advertising the hotel on hotels.com does not represent the hotel's environment whatsoever. Ther are no more palm trees in front of the hotel , nor any strolling path. I would say its misleading. the hotel is old and needs to be refurbished. The employees are doing their best but the hotel is under staffed.The restaurant i use for breakfast is like a mortuary zone in the morning . The quality of the food is not that high with croissant 100 % pure margarine ....In a word the employees are doing their best .

I stayed at the hotel for 25 days. On the last day I had a meeting to go to. Got my best shirt out, called housekeeping to get an iron and decided to get ready for office. The iron and the board arrived and house keeping place it next to an electric switch. I set the table, connected the iron to the switch, got out my shirt and as soon I placed the iron on the collar, my blue shirt got a grease like substance on it and got fried. My entire experience (normal till now) got spoilt drastically. The iron provided had a mucky brown grease like substance on the face of it. The overall experience was below average. The buffet was not up to mark as well. Strongly recommend not staying at this hotel.
