Het is een prima hotel om te overnachten in Abu Dhabi, echter voor een 5-sterren hotel had ik een betere service verwacht tov van de gast. Onderlinge communicatie tussen personeel was chaotisch, hierdoor veel onduidelijkheid en inchecken duurde lang. Het hotel is naar mijn idee te groot, voor het bieden van de juiste service!

Excellent service during busy check-in
The hotel was very busy with lots of guests, but they still found a way to make us comfortable by providing drinks and cold towels, and assisting us quickly. The room was clean, and everyone we spoke with was well-trained and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again.

Terrible customer service at front desk
Overall the hotel and room were fine. However, customer service at the front desk was extremely poor. At check out my wife and I had to wait for 30 minutes until they confirmed nothing was consumed from the mini-bar/fridge. However, just in front of us several people check out and they didnt check or ask them about the mini-bar/fridge. They all just checked out and left the hotel right away! I raised this with the front desk and they didnt do anything about it. Terrible customer service. I would advise no one to stay there.

This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the location is in the center of Abu Dhabi. What I did not like about this hotel is the air conditioning (AC). The AC in my room was very loud for a 5 star hotel. You would expect a 5 star hotel to AC system which is almost silent, but this was not the case. Also, the quality of the free water bottle in the room. As this hotel does not offer "plastic" bottles (which should be fine with me), they use filtered water and serve them in glass bottles with a hotel made cap. There is a strange taste from that was as with clear "Chlorine" taste in it. That was not pleasant at all.
