Mooi onderhouden en nieuw gebouw, kamers voorzien van kitchenette en alle benodigdheden. Goede service van medewerkers. Was er maar voor 1 nacht maar je kan er makkelijk meer verblijven. Hotel in de buurt van Louvre en Etihad towers, Grand Mosque is wat verder er vandaan. Maar geen metro in heel Abu Dhabi dus ben je aangewezen op de taxi. Op zich niet duur en best snel ter plekke.

Bien situé, proche centre ville et corniche à pied
Situé sur une avenue fréquentée avec de nombreux commerces. Nous avons été surclassés dans 2 appartements avec cuisine équipée et salon. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner au roof top. Salle un peu petite. Variété dans le choix au petit déjeuner: plats indiens, libanais, gaufres, viennoiseries, fromages, crème fraîche, fruits frais...Samedi: brunch à partir de 9h: Grand wok, pâtisseries. Personnel très prévenant toujours souriant. Piscine attenante au roof top: manque de transats, seulement 6.

Great value property in a good location close to Abu Dhabi mall and the Corniche. Staff were courteous and helpful. Suire room was spacious and great value compared to similarly priced properties we have stayed in other cities.

The suit was clean and in very good condition. The staff were very nice and exceeded my expectations. In the middle of Abu Dhabi, so it relatively close to everything. The have acceptable swimming pool on the roof with warmed up water, and nice gym. Room service is exceptional.

Check-in was at 2 pm , we arrived at the hotel at 5pm...our room was not close of being ready. We waited for half an hour at the lobby till we finally get to our room. Upon check-in, i was also informed that the pool is closed for an "emergency maintenance" which was disappointing. The staff supervisor suggested to cancel my booking and go somewhere else, which i found it rude. But when she checked and learned that i booked months in advance, she turned around and gave us a complementary free of charge late check-out and extra cot..and that was nice and the right move. Other than that, the rest of our stay went smoothly and the rest of the staff were great and heplful.

Nice pillow and bed. Room was spacious. Kitchen facilities were very basic. Stove not hot enough. Used cups were washed by staff but lipstick stain was still there.

Friendly staff, great room and very nice breakfast
We had a great stay! We were travelling with our 6 month old baby and everyone loved him. Concierge, reception and everyone else we met around the hotel were especially friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel on one of our two nights, it was a buffet with a wide selection of things to have, all very good. Breakfast was really good and we loved the fresh orange juice. The hotel provided a high chair in the restaurant and a cot for our room. The cot was reasonable, but looked very old and tattered, it did the job though. The pool area looked very nice, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to make use of it as our stay here was quite short. It's on the rooftop with some nice views and is sheltered from the sun and wind. The local area is great with a few restaurants within walking distance and Abu Dhabi Mall just around the corner. Overall a very lovely stay and thank you to all the staff for making it so enjoyable!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The room and entire hotel was spotless. It was located close to our relatives we were visiting. The entire hotel staff had smiles on their faces. Though we ate there only a few times, the restaurant at the top of the hotel was splendid. All in all, it was an excellent stay. If I'm every in Abu Dhabi again, I will certainly stay here again and I can highly recommend this hotel to others. A special note of thanks to Anna Yaklunina who went out of her way to resolve a very minor,almost non-problem.

Great hotel in the center of the city
We asked for a 3 bed room and ended up with a suite of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lovely big living room. Lots of electronic outlets. 3 tvs. A safe. Huge bedroom and living room. Beds were a bit hard but the pillows were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the bill was pretty reasonable with huge portions! Lovely hotel.

Un très bel hôtel
Les chambres simples réservées n'étaient pas disponibles, nous avons dû partager des suites assez confortable pour nous faire oublier la déception initiale. Accueil agréable, hôtel calme et très bien placé. Les touches d'attention (corbeille de fruits, nécessaire de toilette, etc.) sont agréables, la modernité bien présente avec une console centralisant toute la domotique de la chambre. Un séjour agréable!

Lovely stay at the hotel,friendly, helpful staff
We arrived off a very full and long flight from New York. The Reception staff were, very efficient friendly and helpful. We were shown to our room, which was on the 13th floor. The room was spacious, and beautifully furnished. Were were unfortunately in transit only, so the trip was rushed and we got to see none of the attractions. We would certainly recommend this lovely hotel.

City hotel not a resort but good
The hotel is showing its age in some areas but having said that, it is still a wonderful place to stay. We had to have room service breakfast because it was a friday and we had to leave by 7 am and the hotel only supplies brunch from late morning as it is a day off for the locals. The breakfast was very average so we hit the Etihad lounge for a top up. The staff were exceptionally polite and very helpful and the coffee in the foyer was very good. Walking around the area at night is an experience as the lighting is not so good and the footpaths are in desperate need of attention. If you don't like mixing with locals then a resort hotel might be to your liking.

Excellent Property to stay
Had stayed here for 4 nights, everything from check in to check out was perfect, the staff here are very courteous and helpful, the rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, every details of things that is required is there in the room including a complete kitchen. The hotel location is very central and there are good quality hotels also located near by and a mini supermarket is just adjourning the hotel building, Overall we had a very pleasurable stay, thank you all.
