Centraal gelegen
Voor een paar daagjes een prima hotel denk ik, maar voor een langere periode een ramp. Het onderhoud van de kamer is slecht, aanvullen van spullen gebeurt niet of nauwelijks. We hebben dagelijks wel om iets moeten vragen nadat ze geweest waren om de kamer te doen. Er is ook geen internet op de kamer, beneden schijnt het wel te werken maar is erg duur. Ontbijt was ruim onvoldoende. Dakterras in de avond was heerlijk en gezellig. Ligging van het hotel vonden we perfect, net buiten de drukte van de stad en vlak bij het strand.

The hotel has a great potential to be 5 star hotel. Staff are amazing so is the location. The only area in my opinion that lets this hotel down is cleanness. House keeping staff are very friendly and accommodating but need proper training, supervision and realistic time to carry out their tasks efficiently.

No Parking available. You have to find a spot on one of the neighboring streets which is nearly impossible during the evening hours. Then you have to learn how the payment-system works. The App only works with an UAE -phone number but the Terminals on the sidewalk are very easy to use. Nice Neighborhood with lots of great food and excellent coffee. Close to the beach. I would not choose this place again because of the parking-issue and the dated bathrooms.

Nagyon jó helyen van, pár perc séta a strand, a közelben boltok és éttermek. A szoba tiszta volt, és szép nagy, de az ablakok piszkosak. A foglalásunkról mintha elfeledkeztek volna, így első éjszaka nem kaptunk harmadik ágyat, amit órákig csak igérgettek, hogy érkezik. Második nap megint szólni kellett érte, nem hozták maguktól. A reggeli európai és indiai tipusu ételekből áll.

This is clearly stated on our website and on the OTA (online travel agency) that you booked through. We try to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee them, as they depend on the availability of rooms and we successful chechin you at 12:47 Pm . We also have a limited number of rooms, and we have to respect the reservations of other guests who have booked in advance.In your case, we were able to check you in early, but we could not extend your stay for another night, as we were fully booked for the next day. We informed you about this situation and offered you alternative options, such as finding another sister hotel nearby or booking for a later date. We had no choice but to contact the OTA and cancel your booking, as they were violating our terms and conditions.We understand that this was not the outcome that you wanted, but we hope that you can see that we acted in a fair and professional manner. The hotel is in a good location close to the Corniche with lots of taxis close by to travel further afield. There are plenty of restaurants nearby serving a variety of cuisines which are reasonably priced. Additionally there is a COOP supermarket at the end of the road and a Starbucks in the opposite direction. Travel time from the airport is around 30 minutes and costs approx AED80. On your way back to the airport don’t arrange this through the hotel as they want double the cost of a taxi. The room and bathroom are large, with a fridge and plenty of storage. They are tired but this is reflective in the price.

The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean except for a HUGE filthy stain on the carpet on the left side of the bed. Several of the walls had been repainted in spots and the painting job was awful- our entire room needs to be repainted. The microwave door was melted and we had to request the microwave be replaced because we were not gong to use it in the condition it was.

The location is great, only 6 blocks from the beach, and window shipping is very interesting with all of the high end car dealers close by. Nolu's restaurant is very good, and there are plenty of other restaurants close by.

Hotel in placed in nice location with quick access to restaurants, groceries, beach and malls. Elevators are fast and responsive. Hallway are not always nicely cleaned, at least on our staying floor
