I actually had a nice stay at Park Rotana and would prefer to give a positive review HOWEVER. I was accidentally overcharged, and then promised that I would receive a refund within 14 days. NOBODY contacted me saying that there was a problem with processing until I emailed and asked. Besides Park Rotana taking long to respond, I was told that I have to wait another 7 to 15 day. Thus adding up to 3-4 weeks for a payment. I would not have been so upset had Park Rotana contacted me first, or at the very least responded promptly.
I had a lovely stay at Park Rotana, it was perfect. But honestly, the team working behind the scenes need to rise to the same excellence as those working directly with guests.
