'I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations. This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed. The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like...

'The living/kitchen area was the right size for our family to relax in, watch TV and play board games. The bedrooms each had their own TV's and bathrooms, which worked well for two adults and two children, especially the two queen sized beds in one of the bedrooms. 'We have stayed here once before because it is close to where our grandkids live. Last year it was hot and the pool was just what we needed. It was a little cooler this time it the kids still got to swim( we book the 3 bedroom and register the kids as guests). Host is very accommodating and seemed to have stocked some items for breakfast. We appreciate their hospitality.'
