Hello, thanks for your Review. The cleaners quite often will do "Extra Work", in the Rooms when vacant, which applied to your room. We contacted Customers before and after your stay who used that room, and asked about any problems with the Bed ! They could not replicate your concerns, and the beds here are quite new at under 16 months. Perhaps you are used to a very Firm Bed, -I Know as this applies to me. Most Motels, in order to keep the price resonable, have limited space, and during constuction keep the Bathrooms smallish. If customers would like the use of some cutlery, they only need ask and we are happy to loan some, as we are a Motel not a Restaurant. Lastly, Most Motels are on or near main roads for easy access for customers to find, as we are only 3-4Kms from the city on the road in from Melbourne. These are the Plus and minuses of staying in a Motel as compared to a much more expensive Hotel. Regards.

Hello, thank you for your Review. We found on days that you stayed where no towels were provided was because you re-hung them on the Towel Rack, which in Hotel/Motels Mean "Do Not Replace". We are happy to provide cutlery or plates if asked. We do not leave them in the rooms anymore because they use to often "Go Missing". Regards.
