'Stayed two days. Had a small issue with the toilet which was corrected immediately and the issue disappeared. The staff was friendly and exceptional. First time we have ever had a staff member in the breakfast room who made the waffles for guests who wanted him to do so. The only other issue is the the 2nd floor creaks badly as you walk on it., and the carpet is loose and gathered in spots May be some structural issue which needs addressing. That being said, will gladly stay there again...

'The hotel looked shady from the get go. The toilet had to be fixed when we got there and couldn’t change rooms he is e”there wasn’t another room available”. Found a couple bed bugs on the sheets and the cover on the other bed looked as if it had dry blood on it. Also it’s not the Hotel Aiken that you’re staying at, but the Holley House. May want to change that on your site. Overall an unpleasant experience to say the least. '
