'It’s a old building that needs lot of work to bring it up to good standard. There’s no where free from smoking. Staff smoke in the reception area and the lobby, residual smoke enters the room making it very unpleasant. The little standard the hotel starts with drops every day but the staffs were very friendly and helpful'

'Hotel was "overbooked" and I was not the only one that they "moved" to the City Port Hotel which was so called the same 4*. In practice, it was simply not (e.g. no gym, no hamman). I refused to move! After 1,5 hours waiting, they found another victim I assume and I received a room in The City.So this hotel is on purpose accepting whatever bookings and is than transferring people to City Port Hotel! I am allergic to this kind of practices!'

'The hotel wasn’t bad but we did have some problems we met some other people staying in the hotel and we weren’t allowed to speak to them because the receptionist caused a major problem the lady who works in the reception is awesome but there is a Nightshift worker he needs to be sacked and gone ASAP as he does not have any respect for anyone I think'
