Prima ontvangen door de receptionist, die ons graag adviseerde over de beste restaurants. De kamer was schoon en heel netjes met een prima bed. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd met wat je kunt verwachten in Amerika, dus inclusief wafels

Neither the telephone nor the TV worked. I had someone come to my room three times and they never fix the TV and they never fix the phone. I called the front desk from my own cell phone. I finally went to bed having to unplug the TV as it would not turn off. Upon check out, the clerk told me they weren’t supposed to have rented out that room. However, they not only rented it out, they charge me full price for it for two nights.

Clean, good location, No coffee pods in room. They were all tea. Not running hot water at sink. Shower was nice a hot but the plug in the tub was broken so tub would fill up with water while showering.

I would have rated excellent with exception to all the work updating the carpet, rooms, noise etc. I will stay here again on my next trip once the updates are finished. The staff were all very nice, even when I had to move rooms because of the room updates going on.

Facility is being upgraded. Lots of workman, carpet rolls etc. Everyone very nice. Television remote control did not work. And the phone was dead. Called front desk and she came up. She was the only person on duty in the entire facility. She has no idea. she was very pleasant about it but it didn’t get fixed during the two days I stayed there.

It's very close to the airport and there was a lot of dust in the room on basically every surface area... As a former housekeeper of 5 years I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room but the pool room was clean as well as the lobby.

We requested a crib and the one they brought to us looked like it had stained poop on the mattress. Was very dirty. We then kindly requested for a pack and play instead since they mentioned they had one. Once it arrived, the pack and play mattress was completely broken and snapped in thirds. It was not safe to use. So we returned it to them. They did not. Apologize for the inconvenience. I had even called ahead of time to make sure that they had a crib because it was something they'd listed on their travelocity and advertised. Fortunately we had brought the spare pack and play for infant to use. But how do we not done that We would not have had a safe or viable that option for him. Pool was way too cold to use. I had also called ahead of time before booking to see in their free breakfast if they had gluten-free options for family members. I did not expect them to provide that, but they assured me numerous times that they had lots and lots of options for someone who is gluten- free. I asked ahead of time what they had and they listed numerous things. When we got to the breakfast there was very limited, if anything, gluten-free available for my family members and it was frustrating because again I did not expect that and normally I prepare but they had reassured me before visiting that they could accommodate us.
