the front desk was not manned when we went to check out. They said the person was not here yet but on her way. This obviously happens a lot because the staff person we talked to did not appear to be upset and this is usual. WHAT would happen if we really needed information. Oh and the receipt will be emailed to me!!!!!!! How will I know what they charged me for the visit????? Could be a lot of charges I did not make. This is BAD!!!!

I hope you did receive a copy of your invoice in the email as we have an express check out system. Unless you paid with virtual card from Expedia then you surely have received receipt from Expedia. We thank you for your business!

Not what I would’ve expected from Radisson hotel
Front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, but not well maintained. I would have thought a Radisson hotel would have better upkeep. We were on the second floor with our window over a spot where people were smoking (we smelled it) and talking until 2 am. I’ll spend a little more and go elsewhere next time.

Wished front desk was called about this issue we would have asked smoking guests who were smoking outside of the hotel to move on to pool area relax and smoke so they dont disturb other guests. All our rooms are indoor and windows do not open, We thank you for your review. We thank you for your business!

The customer service was awesome, but the room was dirty. I had to clean my room upon arrival the sink was discussing and the bed I literally cleaned the room myself due to the fact that the room was dirty upon arrival so if they didn’t clean it before I got there I knew they wouldn’t do it properly. I’m use to disinfecting a room but I had to clean the room myself. I wish I could post the pictures my words don’t even do the room justice of the nastiness. After I cleaned the room I was comfortable.

This hotel met our needs for the purpose of the trip. It is very basic and is clean and safe. Each staff person we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful.

The first room we given had a bed that was dirty. The second room we were given the bathroom had dirty towels. The toilet was not clean. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself. We were tried and had driven for Mississippi. I went downstairs to front desk for clean towels and soap. I felt badly for the clerk because she was working alone. There was no one else to help her. I expected better from the Radisson Hotel. It used to be a nice hotel.

The staff was very nice and professional. The bathroom unfortunately smelled like urine. Friday night I was sick needed to bath, unfortunately I was told no wash clothes available. The next morning my day spoke with housekeeping and was told that wash clothes were available. The only other issue was the mattress in the room was uncomfortable, so I decided to flip it only to see that mattress cover was stained.

No complaints, you get what you pay for with this one. Staff very nice and accommodating but definitely a budget hotel. Breakfast was good, internet service at office desk was good. If you just need a decent place to stay the night then this place will be perfect.

Easy Access Great night sleep
Easy access to the highway. They had grits, eggs, waffles and coffee at 7AM that allowed the smell to greet me as I opened my door to check out. Thank you for a great night sleep

Too exhausted and settled for less!
The wash cloths were soiled to the point that they should have been thrown away. The curtains were dusty, the bed pillows were small, no firmness and didn’t fit the pillow cases. The air conditioner on high cool was too noisy like a diesel engine!

The bed sheets was not changed from the previous customers stay. Room was not cleaned good. Toilet was loose. Bed wasn’t comfortable. But wasn’t a terrible place to stay.

Poor customer service
When I arrived the receptionist was sat in her car outside, on her phone. No welcome, just asked for my name. I was then told that the card used to pay for my room had been declined (I used Hotels.com). I was then told that I need to contact them regarding the issue (this is at 10pm). When I got Hotels.com on my phone, they checked my reservation and stated that the hotel had been trying to charge the wrong amount to a virtual card. After putting my phone on loud speaker, so that the receptionist could hear the conversation, Hotels.com gave the card details and the correct charge to the receptionist. Finally after 30 minutes, I had a room to go to. The room was clean and bed was comfy, although the bathroom was dated. I will look to stay at a different hotel next time my business takes me through Albany.
