Communication with the owner and the cleanliness of the house was great. Very spacious place with a lot of sleeping areas. 'I’m not sure about “unique” but it was set up very well, very clean, all the things you need such as toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils…everything you need to have a wonderful experience. It is obvious that the owners went to great lengths to meet the needs of their customers. As you can see, we were very happy with out experience.'

'The house was amazing and well equipped. We enjoyed evenings around the backyard fire pit and, although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was gorgeous. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there and for family that came over for dinner. Tony, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The overall experience was terrific and helped make our UI graduation weekend a huge success!'
