I never recieved my deposit and also the place was falling apart. My fridge wouldnt stay closed and it smelled old and dirty.

Dear Chicks. Thank you for staying with us and providing feedback. Deposit is released at checkout after inspecting the room and usually takes 2 to 3 business days. Please contact our office for details. You signed our stay agreement and policies at front office during check in. It clearly states that we provide all of our guest 20 minutes to check the room. If the room is not up to your satisfaction, we can either change the room or give you full refund. We have staff on 24 hours a day to address any issue or concerns our guests may have during their stay. In the future if you report the issues they will be addressed.

The property is very outdated. Needs painting and new furniture. When we arrived we were told Expedia had not paid them for the room which was already prepaid by us to Expedia finally it was resolved. But we had to wait awhile. I would not recommend this property at all since there are other la Quinta properties in the vicinity that are much better.

It smelled stale. The tub and sink were disgusting. Varnish was off, bugs under the tub mat as well as hair in the tub. We requested another room to find that tub had burn marks on the tub and hairs in that tub too. Definitely not a 7/10 like Expedia listed. Maybe a 2.

I would never stay in this hotel again. The carpets in the room and hallways were worn out and gave the impression of being dirty. The whole hotel desperately needs a remodel. It was in an area where we needed to stay, but I will make a better choice next time.

Stayed one night on our way to Arkansas from California. Area felt safe. Room & bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Price was right. Exactly what we needed to rest after a long drive. Staff took the time to keep asking us if everything was ok & if we needed anything. Would personally stay here again.

Staff is HONEST! After checking out I drove to Costco gas station 10 minutes away. Discovered I left my wallet & sweatshirt in breakfast dining area. I called and drove back. The front desk woman handed me my sweatshirt. Wallet was there with ALL the cash and credit cards. Such a relief. HONEST!

Breakfast choices were more limited than what we expected based on past La Quinta stays. Facility is showing it's age. When reserving the site mapped the La Quinta east of I 25. Actual reservation was at facility west of I 25.

There’s a reason why this hotel is so cheap. It’s outdated and run down. Extremely loud ventilation fans in the bathroom. Door didn’t lock properly. Sketchy men hanging out in the parking lot, asking for a ride. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Carpet was filthy, pillows were wrapped in noisy plastic, the door had 2 peep holes in it and they hung toilet paper stuffed in each one, door did not fit and abundance of light from hallway lit up our entry way. We waited over 30 minutes to check in while desk clerk argued with previous customer wanting a refund and breakfast was disgusting had to even throw the juice away. I am going to write a terrible review on their website. I will never use Expedia site again.

This place is a dump. Stained, disgusting carpet, beds that are falling apart, facilities— yuck. The worst part was that our doors would not close and lock properly! We turned around within 10 minutes of checking in and left!

When we arrived, even though I had paid for the room, they charged $120. I let them know that I didn't have a pet with me... I was in the city for a doctor's appointment & Chemo Infusion. This motel is close to my doctors, Women's Cancer & Surgical Center...only 4 minutes away. But I will NEVER stay at this place again!

I didn't spend much time here. I got in just after midnight and left at 11:00am. The breakfast was slim on choices, but there was ample of what was offered. The room was a little dated but comfortable and quiet.

Old building, old carpets that have waves in them. The room was half cleaned, still had previous people trash. Found beer cans shoved behind the side table, hangers from stores that said 5t, open and used soap in the bathroom. The ac unit didn’t seem too really cool. The bathroom door gets stuck when opening and closing because he tile is to high. Oh and thick black dust on the fan. The breakfast is mediocre. The bagels were hard, the juice I don’t know wat was going on with it, only had apples as an option for fruit, the only good thing was the waffles. They have a sign in the eating area stating that they don’t want you to take the food to your room, which is ridiculous. I was double charged when checking in. It got fixed though. The pictures are a lie and I’m shocked at how horrible it was for Wyndham partner. Definitely will not stay there again.

Only here for two nights rooms are not like the pictures, felt small, carpet was shampooed the day we got in it was still wet. Our key card wouldn’t work and to go to the front desk several times. The breakfast did not have a good verity of items, coffee was out and no one came to make more same with the creamer.
