Our mission is to provide excellent guest experiences, so we are sorry to have let you down. After you declined the room relocation, we thought you were satisfied with the actions made by our team to eliminate the odor in your room and to minimize any light shining through the bedroom window. As previously explained through email and in person, housekeeping services are provided every seven days, fresh linen and towels are available to our guests upon request. Per your request, services were provided twice during your short stay with us, including fresh towels. We apologies for any misunderstanding and thank you for choosing our property during your stay in the Alexandria-Fort Belvoir.
