Prima appartement
Prima appartement, zeer schoon en elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg ruim, als we toch een nadeel moeten noemen harde matrassen , voor mij prima maar voor mijn vrouw te hard, verder is het internet erg slecht maar wel gratis.

Nice appartment, good swimmingpool area
The appartment was large, the kitchen well equipped although we loathe electrical cooking. The swimming pool area was fine, with enough shade and chairs although some were broken. The big negative was the wifi. It just didn't work and I had to go to the office to check my mail. The tv reception was bad. All in all it is an experience of which I am not sure about recommending.

In alle rust genoten van de enorme, voorbeeldig ingerichte en onderhouden tuin rondom de villa's. Bijna totale privacy. Villa voor 4 personen, maar er kunnen er makkelijk 6 in. Al het personeel is ontzettend aardig, beleefd en behulpzaam. Wififanaten komen hier niet aan hun trekken.

Fraai gelegen resort
Colina da Lapa is een ruim opgezet resort met tussen de gebouwen veel groen en bloeiende planten. Het centraal gelegen zwembad is redelijk groot, het restaurant niet duur. Wel zul je een auto nodig hebben om de diverse plaatsen en stranden te bereiken, want dat is net te ver voor loopafstand. Maar met de auto dichtbij. De appartementen zijn comfortabel en ruim. De wifi werkte echter niet naar behoren. Wij hadden een appartement vrij ver van een zender af, waardoor de verbinding traag en nauwelijks tot stand kwam

Prachtige accommodatie
Mooie villa's en appartementen gelegen in een prachtig park. Heel ruim opgezet. Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligplaatsen. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, Engels sprekend. Dagelijks werden onze bedden opgemaakt en handdoeken werden regelmatig verschoond. Tegen betaling gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijtbuffet (beperkt assortiment, wel voldoende) Lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Zowel in onze villa als op het park zelf was het erg schoon.

This was our second time to the villas and the space is wonderful, the pool area is great but everything needs an update, the kitchen appliances are old and tired. The area around the private pool now has lots of great foliage but this brings bugs and everyday there where around 100 woodlouse in the pool, that just walk off the edge. It didn’t ruin the experience but they need a pool suction equipment to make this better. As I say it was our second time but I’m not sure we will be back.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu erreichen und ruhig gelegen. Auch die Anlage ist sehr schön. In der Wohnung fehlte es nur etwas an Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien. Das Geschirr war sehr spärlich und wir mussten Spüle und Spülschwämme kaufen um abzuwaschen. Das hätte ich doch bei dem Preis erwartet, das dies auch gestellt wird. Ansonsten war alles gut.

We liked area around- pools area, playground for kids, however in April water seems to be still very cold for swiming, so maybe to think on heated pool (at least for kids) installation. Minuses-if you want to use kitchen or washing machine you need to buy all detergents or oil for cooking, salt, pepper yourself, which is not very convinient and reasonable in case of foreign travellers staying for just couple of nights.

trop cher pour ce type d'hébergement il faut obligatoirement une voiture pour les courses ou plages rien aux alentours la piscine vieillotte et le village ressemble plus à club de colonie de vacances trop cher et les appartements ont juste le nécessaire pour 4 personnes si on veut invité des amis impossibles

Overall was a nice stay at Colina Da Lapa Villas. There was a few issues with the booking process that could have been handled better, we was travelling with an 11 month old and therefore needed a highchair and cot but was being passed back and forth between booking agent and the villa itself to confirm availability on this, was a bit stressful trying to sort this, and only got final confirmation a few days before our travel date. Villa was a good size, are quite dated now on the inside and the pool had quite a lot of chemicals in meaning our eyes really struggled after trying to have a swim in them and that limited how much we actually used the pool. Complex itself stated had a supermarket on it but thats now closed down and nearest one was a 10 minute walk along a busy road, not ideal start when just trying to get basics. Villa also doesn't have any kitchen basics in, salt, pepper, cooking oils etc so we had to get all this and leave behind what we didn't use. Overall was a nice week away but a few things to note on the villas. Try to avoid a villa next to the busy road as well as youll be listening to traffic all day whilst trying to relax.

Sehr schön ist der Garten und Poolbereich. Leider lassen Zimmer, Liegen, Sportbereich (Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz)sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist minimal und lieblos angerichtet.

Belo local, alojamento ótimo
Alojamento amplo, bonito e bem arranjado. A localização é ótima, as Villas muito luminosas e alegres, rodeadas de jardins e paisagem desafogada. A sala tem uma boa lareira, os terraços estão mobilados com sofás confortáveis e limpos. Um local para voltar, de verão ou de inverno.
