Perfect, but small points.
The villa itself is perfect, but there are some small points, that can happen to make it even better. The Villa is close to a outside club and very close to the beach which make it even better. For the small fixes, if you use the A/Cs there is a dripping sound in the master bedroom, which can be quite annoying. There is only one towel provided for one person for one week, this is not to much. As the last point, the swimming pools gets dirty very quick because of all the bugs walking/flying in. Although these points are minor, the host cleaned the swimming pool when asked and helped us with getting the dripping sound found. The host is very helpful which makes this place more then worth it. We had a great time, and its a very nice place to stay.

Schönes Haus, Ruhige Gegend
Es war ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Küste welche ca. 30min Zufuß entfernt ist, ist atemberaubend und super schön für einen Spaziergang!! Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub !

Großzügig zum Wohlfühlen
Ein schönes Haus im Stil der Vale de Telha Häuser. Großzügig, geräumig. Auch für 6, wir waren nur 4. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Guter Grill direkt an der Terasse für tolle Familienabende. Schöner Pool und sogar relativ warm im Juli. Relaxte Nachbarschaft, nah zum kleinen gut bestückten Supermarkt. Gut gelegen auch zum Monte Clerigo Strand, 3km.grosszügiger Garten mit Kies nichts zum Fussball Spielen oder Yoga machen. Auf der vorderen Terasse eine schöne Relax Hängematte. Auch bei warmen Wetter kann man es sich sehr gut einrichten durch Sonnenschirm und Schatten spendende Überdachung.

Ideal para descansar e praia
A casa é tal e qual como nas fotos. Os 3 quartos super espaçosos. A sala grande. Piscina cuidada e de tamanho adequado a 6 pessoas. Mesa para refeições no exterior, guarda sol grande. Cozinha equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uns dias de férias. Máquina de loiça e de roupa. Faltam alguns utensílios (tigelas para todos por exemplo para gelado 🙂, mas resolveu-se de outra maneira). Proprietário muito simpático e cuidadoso. Praias próximas (acesso de carro). A repetir.

A casa e bem confortavel, e tem tudo o que precisamos. Esta numa position central em relacao as varias praias sendo o acesso de carro bem facil. Ha restaurantes na proximodade. As lindas falesias da costa estao a uma distancing de cerca de 800 metros. Muito bom.

Ein tolles Feriendomizil mit Pool
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden direkt per Mail beantwortet. Super waren auch seine Empfehlungen zu Zielen in der Umgebung und Restaurants. Nach einer Woche wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt und es wurden die Betten frisch bezogen und es gab frische Handtücher. Auch der Pool wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Schade ist, dass im Haus keine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht. Unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge: Leider waren einige Moskitonetze beschädigt. In der Küche funktionierte die Heißwasserversorgung nicht. Für 4 Erwachsene ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr etwas dürftig. Die Spülmaschine lief oft nur halbvoll.

Boa casa para passar uns dias em descanso
Localização boa, perto da praia, o intermarché fica mais ou menos a 15min de carro, é o único supermercado grande na região. O anfitrião deixou nos entrar mais cedo conseguindo assim aproveitar muito mais o dia. Os únicos pontos negativos foi não haver máquina de lavar a roupa, não havia sacos do lixo. A casa apesar de ter ficado com loiça por lavar na máquina quando chegámos e alguns tachos sujos no armário, os wc estavam limpinhos. Piscina ótima 😁

A good base for a family holiday
The house was set up as we requested, and it suited the six of us (age range 6-74) very well. It took us a while to spot the recycling boxes in the cupboard next to the barbecue. We have no complaints! Neil responded to my messages very helpfully. There isn’t a washing machine, but we’d have known that if we’d read the list of amenities more carefully! There’s a laundrette a short drive away. We liked Jose’s restaurant, which is 10 minutes walk away. And my wife and I enjoyed dinner at III Geracao in Aljezur. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing, but that’s nothing to do with the villa, of course! Each morning from Monday to Friday we woke to cloud and mist, which sometimes took a while to burn off, and returned in the afternoon. On a couple of days we drove to the Lagos area where we had sun all day. None of us had been to this area before so we have no idea how unusual this is. Thanks again for a memorable and enjoyable week, Neil.

Lovely Villa
The Villa was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean and modern with 3 large bedrooms and a large spacious sitting room/kitchen. The bathroom and en suite are all very clean and modern. The pool is excellent and ideal for kids. The pool area is also very clean and well kept. The villa is around 1hr 20mins drive from Faro airport and is pretty easy to find. The area is lovely, with a couple of nice, family friendly restaurants that serve up really tasty food. Arrifana is a short drive away and also has a load of places to eat. There is a small shop a short walk from the villa, with a larger market a few minutes drive and a Supermarket in Aljezur which is about 10 mins away. There are a lot of beaches nearby, some are easier to get to than others. Surfing and other water sports seem to be very popular here. Neil, the host, was always available to answer any questions we had and helped make everything very easy during our stay. We had a great time on holiday here and we would highly recommend the property.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und per Mail jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist geräumig und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider war es nicht richtig sauber, was uns wirklich gestört hat. Wenn sich das positiv verändert und der etwas karge Garten ein bisschen mehr bepflanzt wird (vielleicht mit ein paar Oleanderstauden), um ihn zu verschönern, kommen wir gerne wieder. 😊😊😊

Exceeded our expectations!
The villa was immaculate, well equipped with everything we needed, really spacious and the beds and sofa were so comfortable. The pool was clean and Neil answered us straight away when we had a question about something. The surrounding area was stunning, with Arrifana beach just a few minutes drive and a small shop within a 5 min walk. We really didn't want to leave!

Great Villa
This is a well-equipped villa in a quiet location that is within walking distance of a small supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants. Easy 5mins drive to two beaches both of which are great. Neil was very easy to deal with and made the whole experience very straightforward. Look forward to heading back for another stay!

La casa estaba muy limpia. Es muy amplia, las camas son muy comodas, la cocina y los utensilios de cocina están en muy buen estado. La piscina es ideal para combinar con la playa. Muy recomendable para ir con niños. Lo unico negativo es que no tenga lavadora. Si volvemos a esta zona repetiremos seguro.

Agréable séjour dans cette maison très spacieuse. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont très adaptés pour une famille de 5 ou 6 personnes, avec adolescents. La piscine est très bien exposée, au soleil toute la journée. Le propriétaire très soucieux de savoir si tout va bien. Bref, nous reviendrons très probablement.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Alles da was man braucht - Sehr viel Platz
Die 9 Tage mit unseren zwei Kindern war sehr schön. Das Haus hat alles, was wir brauchten: Grill, Pool, 3 Schlafzimmer, TV, große Couch, voll ausgestatette Küche und vieles Mehr. Darüberhinaus hat man viel Platz in dem Haus. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und es gibt viel Platz, um Kleidung zu verstauen. Der Besitzer war immer zu erreichen und bei Fragen, gab es sehr schnell hilfreiche Antworten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das melhores férias de senpre
Bem, por onde começar a fazer elogios??? Aluguei a casa para a minha família (eu, mulher e 3 filhos). Pelas fotografias ja eatavamos à espera de uma casa boa... mas posso dizer... impecável. Boa areas, quartos impecáveis, cozinha com tudo o que precisávamos . Parte exterior com uma piscina sempre limpa. Ficámos sem gás, mas em menos de 10 minutos estavam a repor a bilha... O Neil sempre proativo, sempre que mandei mensagem respondia logo de seguida. Esta é a casa a alugar para quem vá para vale da telha. Espero não estar a perder oportunidades de voltar a reservar esta casa com este comentario 🤣 Thank you so much Neil Jorge, Monica & the ones that took water from the pool hehe Cheer man and thank you so much

Great secluded property
If you are looking for a great secluded property with all the amenities look no further. Great pool, barbecue and outside area. By having the property facing the woods you'll have total privacy. Very well cleaned and there is local support if necessary. My one recommendation would be that the property would be even more enjoyable if the outside area was covered in grass and not pebbles. Other than that highly recommendable

great villa
have just returned from this large villa for us it was perfect loads of space inside and out in a great area you will need a car as is a bit away from faro airport and to see the surrounding area.If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you great for surfers and to explore the far west of the Algarve wish we were still there 100%sure will book again
