Fine house, fully equipped, everything as described. A+ The best of it: The quiet nature nights and a fantastic beach nearby, with a lovely swimming pool to cool off in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay.

We just loved it! Everything was very uncomplicated, the house is very spacefull, clean and cozy. The pool is fantastic, and the beaches around are very beautiful! 5 stars for Kate and her “casa Atlantica”. Thank you very much, we had some great holidays!

Das melhores experiências em Vale da Telha
Casa com tudo o necessário e muito bem orientada face ao vento habitual que se faz sentir na zona. A piscina está muito bem orientada o que permite usufruir bastante. Sem grandes luxos, mas muito bem cuidada e tudo o que é necessário, tornou a esta experiência uma das melhores em 10 anos de férias em Vale da Telha. Congrats Kate

Ótima para relaxar com a família, dar um mergulho na piscina após umas horas de praia. Excelente localização num bairro extremamente calmo e silencioso. A única observação que deixo vai para os horários de check in, 16h é muito tarde (principalmente quando pedem para o check out ser às 10h). O nosso check in atrasou duas horas... Basicamente ficamos privados de usufruir de uma coisa que pagamos durante dois dias...

Pontos fortes: sala e cozinha amplas e luminosas, que permite estarmos todos juntos mesmo em ambientes diferentes. Piscina ótima. Muito espaço exterior. Quartos espaçosos. Duas casas de banho com duche. Pontos a melhorar: Não tem Wi-Fi, só tem 6 canais de TV. O tempo é incerto.

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt im casa atlantica, besonders derPlatz unterm Vordach hat sich tasgüebr wie abends als beliebter Aufenthaltsort erwiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Kate, der Gasstegeberin, und Helen, der Hausverwalterin, verlief stets schnell, herzlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das aus sehr empfehlen.

Jolie villa mais avec prestations décevantes. Certaines parties extérieures à l'abandon où mal entretenues.A notre arrivée la vaisselle, les carreaux et miroirs étaient vraiment sales. Certains équipements du descriptif vétustes ou inexistants!! En revanche de très beaux endroits à découvrir dans cette région.

We really enjoyed our stay in villa Atlantica. House is located in very calm area in Vale da Thela. Villa is very well equipped with all the essentials for good relaxing stay . We would definitely recommend this property for family with kids .

Casa perfecta para pasar uno días de vacaciones. Considero que las camas de matrimonio son pequeñas y los colchones deben ser reemplazados. A todo lo demás no se le puede poner una pega, de las casas mas limpias en las que me he alojado en Vale da Telha, y son mas de 10 años los que llevo veraneando en esta zona. A día de hoy, dos semanas después de terminar mi estancia, no he recibido la fianza depositada

Séjour agréable mais possibilités d'amélioration
Casa Atlantica est une très belle maison, dans un endroit très calme et très agréable. La proximité de 2 belles plages (Monte Clerigo et Arrifana) est un vrai plus. Les chambres sont grandes, la piscine également, la maison est fonctionnelle et la terrasse couverte est très utile. La maison était très propre à l’arrivée et l’accueil très professionnel. De très belles ballades à faire tout autour. Kate, la propriétaire est serviable, disponible, réactive et sympathique. Elle donne beaucoup de conseils. Helen, la gardienne des clés, est très gentille et toujours prête à vous aider. Malgré tout, je trouve que pour une maison de ce standing, il manque deux équipements majeurs, la machine à laver et la connexion wifi, aujourd’hui indispensable pour toutes les activités du quotidien (loisirs des enfants, programmer les activités, …). Il manque également quelques équipements très simples en cuisine notamment (égouttoir, dessous de plats, …) qui faciliteraient la vie. En revanche, nous avons eu un problème de piscine, en lien avec les températures très élevées. La piscine a tourné, est devenue très floue, avec la présence de microalgues au fond qui apparaissent avec la chaleur. Il a fallu insister auprès de Dave, en charge de la piscine, pour faire tourner un peu plus le moteur du filtre (il ne fonctionnait que 3 heures par jour !) et ajuster le chlore, ajustements basiques lorsque l’on s’occupe d’une piscine. Dave se comporte de manière très impolie, n’accepte aucune remarque et m’a pratiquement insulté quand j’ai demandé à ce qu’il fasse enfin le nécessaire au bout de 2 jours, alors que nous avons l’habitude de gérer ces problèmes en France. Moment très désagréable, qui s’est résolu finalement. S’il n’accepte pas les demandes des locataires, qui restent des demandes basiques (avoir une piscine en bon état), il faut qu’il fasse autre chose ! En conclusion, séjour agréable dans un environnement plutôt très sympathique mais gâché en partie par l’attitude anormale du responsable de l’entretien de la piscine !

Unfortunately, due to the very high temperatures it took a day or two to get the pool into pristine condition. We always value our guests opinions and work very hard to rectify any issues. Beautiful villa with fabulous pool!
The villa was perfect for our family, the children loved the pool and the covered terrace was perfect during the heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location near to beautiful beaches. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you!

Gostei da localização muito sossegada. Senti falta de talheres de sobremesa e a torradeira não funcionava. Sugiro que coloquem uma tábua e ferro de engomar faz sempre falta. De resto tudo impecável.

Excelente moradia!
A casa é excelente para passar uns dias de férias. Muito funcional. Divisões amplas, bem equipada é muito boa piscina. Estava tudo impecavelmente limpo. A casa fica a 2 min da praia de Monte Clérigo e 5 min da praia da Arrifana.

Fabulous!
Excellent accommodation, spacious, cool with very good amenities. We made good use of the barbeque. The accessibility to both Arrifana beach and Monte Clerigo was brilliant. We particularly loved our morning walk on the beach, swim/body surf and coffee at Monte Clerigo - about as near as your can get to paradise! Vale da Telha is so laid back, Aljezur town is lovely. A visit to the Mercado for fresh fish and a jar of honey followed by a lounge at a nearby cafe for coffee and a pastry - you cant beat it! I would recommend this lovely villa to couples or families. We loved it!
