De ligging van het hotel was prima. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd. De inrichting van de studio ietwat oubollig maar in goede staat. Verder een heel mooi hotel.

Buiten het hoogseizoen een prima stekje.
Prima hotel om er gewoon even een paar daagjes tussenuit te gaan, met alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt.

Leuk hotel vlakbij zeestrandjes (10 minuten lopen)
Redelijk hotel vlakbij verschillende mooie strandjes. Vriendelijk personeel en goede bedden en schoonmaak. Restaurant (lees snackbars restaurant achtig) veel beschikbaar. Wel lastig om een goede te vinden. Voor jonge kinderen was er in februari niet zoveel te doen. Speeltuintjes waren niet goed te vinden. Tip: als je een auto wil huren kun je dat het beste doen in de plaats van het hotel. Veel voordeliger dan als pakket deal bij Interrent. Vooral als je kinderzitjes nodig hebt. De kosten in het pakket zijn rond de 65 euro per zitje voor een week! Dit was in het plaatsje van het hotel aanzienlijk goedkoper. Plus autoverhuurbedrijf in pakketdeal rekent altijd een volle tank.

The hotel and room were basic but very nice. The only thing we didn't like were the beds, they were a bit hard. The kitchen didn't have a sharp good cooking knife. For the rest, everything was great. Maids cleaned the room every day. A big supermarket is very near, 3 minutes walk. You can buy almost everything there, which you can get at home too. Nightlife isn't expensive at all, 3 euro's for 1 beer is standard.

Good location, good breakfast and service. Rooms are a bit old . Live music in the evenings is old school . Overall, it was a good stay . Hotel takes 100 euro damage deposit yet you have to give another 20 per beach towel - makes no sense . Pool is okay.

Superb Hotel
Fantastic hotel. Our room was an apartment very spacious with a nice balcony view of the pool area. Breakfast buffet is pay on the day and its worth it (13€) Staff are super friendly and helpful whenever required. The bar/lounge great place to sit n relax. Overall facilities were top quality, would definitely book again.

The hotel in terms of condition and decor of the building and the rooms, and facilities are 4 star, but lacks the warmth, welcoming service and atmosphere. What I felt was cool business is business attitude. I cannot believe when I have a king studio in a four star hotel, tea bags and instant coffee sachets are welcome gifts, but not daily inventory supplies. The reply from the male staff at the reception was as unfriendly as it could be.

Good hotel with just the right touch of modern.
A really nice, modern updated hotel. Friendly hotel staff and a very convenient location. Bars and restaurants close by are ok and if you want something more (albeit too much for our stay), you can always visit the strip. The old town is worth a visit and not too hard a walk although we had ovecast skies for most of the week so to walk in the summer may be a little hot! Overall a nice relaxing week.

Fair play the hotel was clean, friendly the room was cleaned everyday. The room was very spacious with balcony. The only thing that was disappointing was paying to use the spa. But the hotel was perfect close to the beach and very close to bars and restaurants 👌

Rooms were very clean, staff friendly. Also the hotel was well situated for amenities. My only criticism was an extractor fam was needed in the bathroom as, after showering, towels remained damp - mot a problem in summer I suspect!

We total stayed there 4 nights. 2 nights we booked directly with the hotel n 2 nights with hotels.com. 2 nights no house keeping. 2nd night n 3 night asked for housekeeping n both times showed up at 5:30 pm when we came back from a long day out. Finally cleaned on the 4th night n next day we have to leave. Indoor swimming charged euro12.50 for 2 persons. Safe deposit charged euro3 per day. They never tell people upfront. Any charges they have to show on their advertising n give people options n agreed

We stayed 5 nights in October. I would give 4 stars only for the lobby of the hotel not rooms as they are dated with tired furniture. Housekeeping service not good, on our second day we had lady coming to clean the room around 6pm which is not acceptable and we never experienced this in any other hotel we stayed in Portugal, this continued for the rest of our stay.. only towels changed and bed made, that was it. They never bothered to clean anything in the room and this is not a service you expect from 4 star hotel! If you plan to stay there be prepared to pay for the safe use in your room plus deposit of 20 euros for beach towel, again this is something we never experienced in other 4 star hotels in Portugal or other countries. Staff in the reception and restaurant were friendly, breakfast is good if you book this option. Hotel is close to shops, restaurants and beach.

När vi ankom till hotellet valde personalen att uppgradera oss till en svit. Till våran besvikelse luktade det avlopp på toaletten och det fanns svartmögel på väggarna. Överlag var det ett rymligt rum med bra läge.

Super sejour hotel a 40min de l’aéroport en voiture. Beaucoup de restaurants autour de l’hôtel et plage a 10min à pied.

Un hôtel en dessous du niveau d'un 4 étoiles: vu principale sur un mur taguée, hôtel en bord de route très passante, salle de bains basique et mal finie (photo), café machine imbuvable, jus d'orange transparent et sans goût en machine automatique (une n'a jamais marché de la semaine), ménage rapide (nombreuses taches laissées, miettes sur le sol...), stricte minimum dans l'appartement (pas de produit vaisselle, éponge, sel-poivre...obligeant à se rendre immédiatement au supermarché local, besoin de demander des petits gels douches (2 mini pour 7 jours...), climatisation avec un tout petit flux d'air, aucune information client sur le Covid et les restriction mise en place par le gouvernement... Personnel sympathique qui essaye de compenser les désagréments de l'hôtel mais en vain.

Lovely stay at this hotel
We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean and is beautifully furnished. Check in very quick. Staff informed us of covid restrictions in the area. Breakfast was great. The pancakes and croissants were the best I have had! Lots of fresh food available. Guests required to wear mask and gloves for self service which was good. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Pool is open until 7. It had a relaxed vibe. There is a garden area with sun loungers so plenty of room. The apartment was a nice layout with doors to pull across for the bedroom and kitchen if required. The rooms were made up every day. The restaurant and spa were closed durimg our stay due to covid restrictions. Location-there are restaurants nearby and shops. It is about a 10 minute walk from the strip. Also about a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop directly outside which we used to connect to Quarteira, Albufeira bus terminal and the marina. I would recommend staying at this hotel. They have good covid precautions in place and it is very clean. Also with restrictions in Albufeira all restaurants were forced to close at 3.30 at weekends so it was great staying here as we had our own kitchen to make dinner.

La atención por parte del personal muy correcta, agilidad en el check in y check out, la habitación perfecta y bastante grande, hotel muy bien situado. Lo único malo que el wc estaba suelto y se movía, así como en la terraza había telarañas. Aún así 9-10
