Beautiful room, very big. Lovely big and comfortable bed. We had some black hairs in the room, who were not ours and the sink of the bathtub did not work as it should. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is wonderful, with a great view, great spot to catch some sun out of the wind. Sauna is separated for men and women but nice and clean. Most off the time you have a ‘private’ sauna.

Prachtig hotel op een schitterende locatie in het hartje van Alicante. Volledig Corona-proof door verplicht dragen van mondkapjes (zoals trouwens in gans Spanje). Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooi hotel, mooie kamers, ruim toilet op kamer, lekkere douche, lekker zwembad. Super goede ligging. Fijne airco. Minder: te veel lichtknopjes op slaapkamer, aanpassing temperatuur op kamer, te weinig opbergruimte voor inhoud koffers, naast bed geen stopcontact voor oplader, ouderwetse zware kamersleutel i.p.v. card, 1 stopcontact in badkamer, badmeubel klein, toiletbril heeft geen vertrager en valt neer, kamer niet geluiddicht, prijs kwaliteit restaurant niet op orde (viel ons erg tegen)

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie.
Prachtig hotel in historisch gebouw. Super locatie midden in de oude binnenstad en vlak bij zee. Heel vriendelijk en attent personeel. Mooie kamer met uitstekend bed. Ook mooi restaurant; we waren niet zo enthousiast over het eten. Parkeergarage onder gebouw alleen geschikt voor niet te grote auto.

Luxe hotel met alle voorzieningen
Erg hartelijk ontvangen door goed getraind personeel. Kamers zijn ruim, badkamer is makkelijk. Deur van het toilet kon niet geheel dicht, maar voor ons was dit niet erg. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer, en een heerlijk groot bed! Personeel sprak allerlei talen, wat handig was voor ons. Al met al een hele prettige ervaring. Tip: neem het ontbijt erbij, die was erg lekker!

Luxe en mooi hotel op een superlocatie
Dit hotel heeft alles wat je van een tophotel mag verwachten, supergoede service van vriendelijk personeel, luxe uitstraling, en een hoge feel-good factor. Vooral geschikt voor stellen, en minder voor gezinnen met kinderen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en correct. De handdoeken voor het strand, netjes in een Hospes tas, met flesjes water erbij is een mooi voorbeeld van de aandacht voor detail. De kwaliteit van de cocktails bij de bar beneden viel tegen, staat in contrast met de rest van de beleving.

Hotel is located very strategic in Alicante
The hotel is rightly named a 5-star hotel!!! The personell and the staff are very friendly, reliable and helpful. The roomservice and roomcomfort is excellent. Everyday our room is clean and neatly. Excellent hotelfacilities and extras like: very good wine and champagne for free. Delicious food in the restaurant of the hotel. The location of the hotel is very strategic: the beach is very near, the centre for shopping also. This hotel is also very good for family. Then there is a special event organised in the restaurant of the hotel: a female singer acompanied by a guitarist and another musician. Very beautiful songs and the singer had a wonderful voice!

In het bruisend hart van Alicante gelegen hotel
Goed hotel te midden van alle wijken die er wel een beetje toe doen in Alicante. Allemaal goed bereikbaar en op loopafstand. De ligging in het bruisende hart van Alicante zorgt ook voor het nodige ongemak. Voor ons was het meest storende het geluidsoverlast op de kamer van luidruchtige mensen buiten op straat, voorbijrazende auto's en hulpdiensten met bijbehorende bijzondere signalen. Het hotelpersoneel is erg gastvrij en helpt daar waar mogelijk. Wanneer je met de auto komt kun je onder het hotel parkeren. De vierde verdieping van het hotel beschikt over een zwembad(je), ook hier erg behulpzaam personeel. In veel opzichten is er goed gebruik gemaakt van de beschikbare ruimte. zoals het zwembad op de 4e (ondiep, maar er is een zwembad). Badkamer(s) op de kamer bad en douche in 1, in een hoekje van de kamer (licht zijn ze alleen in dit hoekje vergeten). Ontbijt is erg goed! Gedeeltelijk buffet en gedeeltelijk a la carte. Wat ons opviel tijdens ons verblijf is dat vele zich kleden alsof men naar een gala ging. En dit was dan voor hun slechts het diner. Een bruisende stad waar je je ogen kunt uitkijken.

Fijn hotel
Prachtig hotel met karakter. Gelegen in het centrum van Alicante. Met wat geluk, uitzicht op zee. De kamer is sfeervol ingericht met warme tinten. Echter, de badkamer kan een renovatie gebruiken. Douchen in een bad is oncomfortabel en past niet bij de klasse van het hotel.

Prima centraal gelegen hotel.
Het zwembad ligt op het dakterras. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, dat goed wordt verzorgd door de hardwerkende Paolo. Zij maakt dat de gasten - ondanks de grote drukte op zaterdag en het tekort aan bedienend personeel- zich toch comfortabel voelen. Bij de incheck kregen we op verzoek een uitgebreid advies voor restaurants voor het diner.

Everything good except the bath/shower. To get in and out of the bath to have a shower was far too dangerous and difficult for a person in their 70s. This needs an urgent redesign. Less important -was enormous chairs taking up too much space in small bedroom. But overall we loved this hotel.
