'We were greet by a super sweet lady, Sharon who showed us around the property. I would not Consider this property as “having all the amenities of home”’as there is no WiFi, couch or tv” but it’s the perfect place for. “Camping” style trip as the mattresses are very thin. There are No places deliver food to this location so make sure to bring everything you need as the closest store is about 25 minutes away. Also a little further of a drive to PSU as we realized. We will definitely be checking...

'A very warm rustic stay away from home. Everything was very clean, easy find stuff for cooking, comfortable furniture, and the beds were the best to sleep on, I stay out of town a lot so it was nice to have a good night sleep. The outdoor scenery is breathtaking with the greenery & woods with a beautiful flowing spruce creek to listen too. Would most definitely recommend anyone to stay here and would rebook again in the future if available. '

'We rented this property after looking at several others for a combined bachelorette/bachelor party for our group of 11. This house was wonderful! There was more than enough room to accommodate our group. The area where it was located was very peaceful and beautiful. The outdoor deck/patio area and fire pit were our favorite from our stay! We would definitely recommend this house to others.'

'great home for our family with little ones. The home was well—equipped and we didn’t want for anything. It had laundry, dish & bath soaps; spices etc. The owner was very easy to work with. You couldn’t really walk to the lake since it was marshy. We were in close driving distance to Seven Points though. A negative was that we had to pick up the previous renters dog waste & the deck steps were a little tricky for us Wonderful home & yard with views. '

'We stayed while the kids were competing in the PSU Ultimate Club Duals. It was approximately 10 minutes from the gym and the house was perfect. Check-in was seamless and we have no issues with anything. '

'Our family enjoyed staying at Garrett’s home when we dropped off our daughter at Penn State. The house is immaculate, well stocked and well situated. 'This was our second visit to this lovely Boalsburg home. As PSU alumnae, we enjoy returning to the State College area in the summer with our dog. During our stay, our evenings were spent in the backyard having dinner on the patio and having fun sitting around the fire pit. Thanks so much for being a great host! '

'This is our 6th summer staying here. Our kids and grandkids join my husband and me. A very relaxing property, yet close enough to Seven Points beach area and Raystown Resort for the water park. We can’t say enough about how nice this place is! Hoping to go for many more years.'
