'The road going to the property was a little rough, ok for an SUV, but cars might have some difficulties, but take it slow, cause the end result is pretty cool. It opens up into a nice, wide vista of lush mountains & green pastures to your left, & where you'll being staying on your right. Cute as heck chickens greeted us the second we got out of our vehicle. The house we stayed in was welcoming & provided everything that they said would be there. The only thing we couldn't use was the propane...

'Four friends celebrating a 50th birthday...This property is amazing! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a perfect stay. One of the nicest touches was nice, simple white robes for time out at the immaculate hot tub and fire pit. Wood was provided as well! We would recommend this property! A 12 on a scale of 1-10!'

'This property had everything we needed and is very comfortable. It is located in a very peaceful setting with views of trees, the golf course and some incredible sunrises on the back deck. We loved it. It was hard to leave. The owner responded very quickly to my questions. Thank you John!'

'Host was accommodating by allowing us to have family over during the day for a graduation gathering. As the weather was iffy with rain, the home allowed us to host with ample room when it rained. The host is responsive and accommodating (allowed us to bring our own grill) and also provided an outdoor solo fire pit. Bedrooms are a nice size. Location is great with nice backyard. Comfortable home!'

'This property from top to bottom exceeded our expectations from the moment we stepped inside the Roundhouse! The home was exactly as described online and decorated beautifully! Everything from the kitchen cupboards to the three bathrooms was spotless. We immediately felt at home and took advantage of the coffee bar the owners had setup for guests. The beds were comfortable and the views were gorgeous. We will definitely be staying here again!'

'My spouse and I specifically stayed here with the intention of kayaking the river back to their dock, then biking back up the nearby bike trail back to retrieve our car, drive to dinner in Bedford, and head back to the farm for a well-earned night's sleep. ...AND OUR PLAN WORKED! Many thanks to Adrienne and her partner for being such excellent hosts and stewards of a truly gorgeous property. We will definitely be back!'

'Gary does a great job making sure this house is CLEAN, and well-stocked! Not "in town", but not far, either - and so very, very quiet! Seeing the deer was fun, too. The grounds are also kept neat and nice, with lovely flowers and a forest for the back yard. Definitely hope to come back here again!'

'We are five women in our 60s who have been friends since childhood. One lives in Philadelphia and the others in NE Ohio. The house is the mid-point and close to Bedford where we always spend the day shopping and dining. The house has plenty of room for all of us and has all the necessities. The beds are very comfortable.'
