'The property was amazing! Definitely staying here again! The room was very spacious and clean! Double sink bathroom, huge tub for two. King bed, full living and kitchen! More than I could ask for! I wish I was staying longer than over night!!! Rooftop view was nice! Parking was terrible! $45/day is outrageous! luckily it was the weekend and street parking was free! 'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. 'The apartment was lovely! Very spacious and clean! All basic supplies were provided. Easy walking distance to grocery store, main areas— Canal Street, Convention Center, French Quarter. It was quiet at night; the bedrooms were dark with very comfortable beds— conducive for sleeping! Would definitely return. Only tip— upon arrival, use the bottom of the three key pads —(not the top one pictured in the check-in information as it didn’t work). Otherwise, everything was well-communicated. '

'Location is very convenient to the French Quarter and Canal street. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again.'

'Went for Jazz Fest. Was looking at hotels a bit outside of town but happy we paid the extra to stay here. Right on the edge of the French Quarter, great location. Nice to have full fridge/stove/washer/dryer. Side note: Be careful on Bourbon Street! We had our wallet and cell phone stolen. '

'This is quiet relaxing property that is very spacious , less then 10 min drive to downtown attractions . Walking distance to neighborhood Panola St cafe which is great spot for breakfast /brunch , also short drive to Mid-Town for other restaurants. Clean house , shower water pressure / hot water is good , wifi and tv apps work smoothly , I would recommend this to anyone visting NOLA !!!!!'

'The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home.'

"Staff will make the difference, in the end. Despite some interesting 24/7 noise (running or leaking water), despite the double room with noisy connection to 2nd room (like being in the same room), we’d go there again. Its location, its overall offer including excellent breakfast, its beds and again its staff. Big cheers to our weeklong breakfast waitress Kaisey (go Honduras!), you made at least our wake-ups with your smile!"
