'We were looking for a beautiful area with a very private setting and we found it!! Far exceeded our expectations. Very good hosts and beautiful land to hike around. The front porch of the cabin overlooks the Ohio River at a distance. Our only wish is we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this cabin!!'

'This tiny house was perfect for my sister in law and I. We had an event in Georgetown and this location was close and easy. There were no softball games while we were there, but if there were games it would be a very different stay as it is about 10 feet from the field. For us, it was quiet and lovely. I had booked one of the other cabins that didn't have a restroom and Pamela was WONDERFUL to work with and change us to a cabin with a restroom. I would definitely stay at this property again.'

'Property is beautiful and quiet. Loved horses next door. History of the house was amazing. Loved the old touches that were kept. Great location for us to enjoy nearby wineries. Blackstone and outdoor patio were great! Communication with property manager was efficient. Stonebrook Winery has tons of wine and they were so nice.'

'The property was perfect for us. It has a rural location. Enjoyed driving through the countryside of rolling hills . We took a different route each day to the Ark. The drive to the Ark seemed relatively short. There are well marked walking paths on the property. My sister has apps that identify sounds of birds and identify foliage that made our walks even more enjoyable. My father uses a rollator (walker). There’s a ramp on front porch. 'Property was super clean, quaint, quiet, backyard was amazing with the pond and the big trees and beautiful forest in the background. What a serene view. Had all the amenities we could ask for. 'Stayed 3 nights here for a family wedding in the area. This property was in a great location and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The only minor suggestion we have is that a few hangars and hooks would be appreciated. The futon in the office is not comfortable for an adult, but would work great for a kid. Host was easy to communicate with, and we would absolutely recommend staying here!'
