'Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Breakfast and dinner great and all staff exceptional. One small thing about a chemical smell at times which came into the rooms. Not a big deal but unpleasant at the time. Thank you for a great stay Hyatt Regency '

'Quite(er) location on upscale mall road, mid way from station and golden temple. Normal rooms are large sized compared to all new hotels, well maintained with wheelchair space. Highly recommended for family. Only downside lawn partly converted to parking. '

'Only problem was that the pool gas restricted hours. This was not advertised on website. But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out.'

'Location was perfect, opposite golden temple, reception staff were friendly and helpful The super delux room had good tea facilities The rooms need upgrading, there was no window view. The bathroom had large cobwebs hanging down from ceiling, TV didn’t work. '
