It’s close to Knott’s and about a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland. There’s no lobby to check in. I tried to enter the lobby for check in. The lobby door was locked and I was told to check in from the night window check in. It was 2pm. Rooms were ok, but walls were in bad condition with markings. Bed was fine. It’s what you would expect from a 2-3 star property. I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night here.

Room itself was clean, and the staff was nice. BUT - Common areas were grubby. Room only had one overhead light close to the door, with about a 20-watt bulb in it. NO bedside lamps, desk lamps, or floor lamps. Closest wall outlet to bed was 4 feet away, too far for my charging cords, had to buy a cheap extension cord. Would not stay here again.

The property was decent, very clean the rooms are spacious and has microwave and a refrigerator and Wjfi and cable are awesome, Staff was friendly in Conclusion the location is close to Knottsberry Farm and Disneyland and the price is economical and a bargain for what you get.

It’s a good quiet hotel. It’s clean I liked it a lot. The manager just suddenly wanted me to check out for no reason. He said there was too many people in my room when I had nobody over. The room next door was a hooker and she kept bringing people not me. Still he didn’t want to listen .

Confused.. on Expedia it had a 7.1 rating out of 1000. The stay was inexpensive but the rooms are realy run down. There was lots of pot smokers roaming the walkways. And in the morning there was a agonizing cockroach in the bathroom. Took a picture to upload but option not available. Motel 6 has the same rate and a lot better . Only picked out due to the 7.1 review and close to my destination..never again

We usually stay at this location and we stay here several times a year. This trip was fairly good with two exceptions. There was a rather distinct odor in the room that smelled like cleaning chemicals and the smell that the cleaning chemicals had been meant to cover up. It wasn't unbearable by any means and so we overlooked it. Something that was more difficult to overlook was the air conditioner being out of order. Thankfully the temperature was comfortable enough that we didn't need it but if we had needed either heat or AC we would have been in a lot of trouble. I feel like that's something that should probably be addressed as soon as possible

It was close to Knotts Berry Farm & Disneyland…something that didn’t appeal to us at all. The noise was unbearable…traffic, street racing, loud (obviously drunken) conversations in the parking lot, kids screaming, etc. The room was very expensive for what you got — an uncomfortable bed with a mattress wrapped in a plastic bag, thin sheets & blankets, etc. The mini-fridge was a plus but there was no coffee maker. The carpet was not the cleanest in the world. The couch should have been replaced 15 years ago. The room served our needs but I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed there for 4 days and the room was never serviced. I'm not sure if that's normal? But the price was right and the location was convenient to the Disneyland/Convention Center area. There are endless food and entertainment options within a short distance. Pretty much anything you need. The staff was decent and nice.

The hotel was very run down, the bathroom door didn't close and everything was dated. Thats not terrible but the walls are paper thin. At 2 in the morning the 4 of us woke up to a couple next door having the loudest sex. None of us could sleep and despite calling the front office nothing was done. Consider that when you pay for this place.

Property was not as pictured. There were very few plugs for charging, only three very flat pillows across our entire king bed, and one small body towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per person. No more, no less. When I called to ask for extra pillows, the gentleman I spoke with said he’d call me back in ten minutes to let me know if he could find any. Twenty minutes later, I called him back and he said he’d been very busy with customers (not true- we could see the check-in window the whole time) he finally said they didn’t have any extra pillows-- that was a first! No safe in the room and no coffee maker (these weren’t listed in the description, but we’re so used to them being staples, that we assumed they’d be there, so I just want to give others a heads up, who may assume those items would be there). The refrigerator, shower, and TV worked well, so those were nice! The room and bathroom were clean (I wouldn’t touch the couch in the room with a ten foot pole, though). We would stay here again knowing that we’d need to bring our own pillows, more towels, and an extension cord for plugging in laptops, chargers, etc. I’ve included pictures showing the lack of plugs and the room, in general.
