Usually a convenient place to stay--clean, spacious, quiet. Staff is friendly. Hotel has been doing some much needed renovation. Some room furniture needs repair or replacement. Wifi on my last stay was not working well at all.

Staff was on their phone or on break when I walked in. I was not made to feel welcome at all. Toiletries were used. Room seemed clean. Breakfast was borderline edible. Reconstituted eggs really need to be well mixed to give the appearance of food.

Great room. Michael is a gem!
This stay was what I expected of Clarion Suites. Clean, comfortable, pleasant. Michael at the front desk was very positive & helpful. Michael, by the way, was incredibly diplomatic, patient, and never raised his voice when he was dealing with 2 young men who were refusing to pay for their room. I was in line checking out after them. They gave every excuse why they didn't, or couldn't, or shouldn't pay. They even accused him of racism!! (Michael is not white, BTW.) At that point, he was so careful to ask specifically what the source of the accusation was. He acted very responsibly, and he asked clear questions as to reveal the facts of their accusation. They dropped that very quickly. Michael demonstrated in front of me what an excellent employee he was, and that he represented the best Clarion Suites had to offer. He deserves KUDOS from Clarion Suites!

Great customer service!
The guys at the counter are amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast is also very friendly and make you feel at home. I just wish there were more variety in the breakfast. I.e hard eggs and pancakes. Other than that our stay was great!

They’re improving!!
The bed was hard and I struggled to get comfortable, the walls were thin, the eggs could have been better… decor was very outdated (cannot wait for the remodel!!) but the staff is always friendly and such a joy so it makes it worth it!! They all need raises!! The kitchen staff had incredible manners and made us feel welcome to enjoy our meal!!

The room was comfortable and plenty big. The shower had no curtain and I asked for one three or four times. There were no towels in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was OK.

So I understand the motel is a little older and could use a little more cleaning. But I love the location, excellent customer service, great, hostess in the dining facility, and the bed was excellent. I would certainly stay here again.
