The outer appearance may be deceiving. The service and facilities are excellent. The restaurant also serves up delicious meals.

The staff at check in and at the restaurant are amazing. Best I’ve seen near the airport. The food is cooked to order and very good. I couldn’t figure out if the room service ordering was working, but it was nice to sit at the restaurant and see the lake with the float planes. The tub/shower was nice, easy to get in and out of but no hand rail. I will stay here again. Definitely recommend!

The pictures and videos advertising this property are a bit dressed up, while the property is dated, it was clean, and the bathroom had been remodeled. There is no elevator, so take note if you don’t want to manage stairs. On arrival there was some disturbance in the lobby with an inebriated person who seemed to have been staying at the hotel long term? At 4am I drove my boyfriend to the airport, as we left 2 police cars arrived to resolve some dispute. They seem to be using the hotel as temporary housing for people experiencing difficulties? I chose this location because I thought it would be high end accommodation, near the airport, on the lake, and a romantic send off as my partner and I were both embarking on seperate vacations. Next time we will stay elsewhere. Over hyped.

Liked the restaurant and bar. Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Towels were better then most hotels of same price range. Cleanliness not bad, I did see some dust in the room.

Average near airport hotel. The food was surprisingly good, fresh salad and a better than average breakfast. The bartender was challenged to keep up or serve customers in order which had me waiting 30 minutes for a drink. If you're looking for something to do outside, this isn't the place for you.

I’m conflicted. The overall property is close to the airport and very well maintained. However… their cancellation policy is insane. We gave them back a suite for several nights when very busy because we needed to be to work at a local hospital sooner than expected. They refused to give any refund and gladly double booked the room. I will never ever ever stay with them again because of this. Also they don’t have an elevator so be prepared to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs.

The airport shuttle was very convenient. The onsite dining room has basic options but delicious and opens early in the morning so good for early tours.

The room was clean. Even with the heat on it was chilly of course it’s winter! The bed cover provided was thin. Also the alarm went off at 6 am but we didn’t set it as we wanted to sleep in a bit. People going down the hall were banging on the walls and inconsiderate of others. We parked our vehicle on the side of the building for easy access, however when coming or going out we were greeted by people smoking next to the door yuk. Customer service was good.
