Amenities as advertised: pool/ hot tub. When arrived, front desk told us the pool/ hut tub was out due to maintenance. Told us to walk to brother co. No shuttle service was offered. Next morning at check out, front desk told us they had a shuttle service. Did like breakfast.

Rented a suite. Late arrival & there were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Had to go to front desk to get them. Dirty floor and wall by window. Toilet still had residue in it from previous renter on sidewalls(disgusting). Breakfast buffet with 45 min left for service was empty. They did fill some of it after we asked for stuff. Upon relaying to front desk, they let us know it was really busy and they just couldn't keep up.(There was only 1 other table at that time there). They also couldn't do anything for us since we rented through a third party being Expedia. Trying to reach Expedia with this problem gave me a chat which did nothing for me. Super UNIMPRESSED!!

When I got there they had given my prepaid room to someone else. They were sold out. Fortunately the manager called and said she would find me a room at another hotel which she did. She was very helpful. Hopefully I will be refunded for the room as promised

Excellent room with a full kitchen. Great for a family with small children. The pool was also a lot of fun, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Just okay. Went to check-in at 3pm and no rooms were ready & had to come back. Never had that happen before. Front desk staff seemed very slow, long line each time. Pool was very fish smelly. Pool and breakfast hours are short. Parking is very full at night. Very hard to find a spot. Bathrooms are updated but rooms seem old and stuffy. Clean bedding and towels though.

Staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, your parking lot is very limited, the faucet in the tub was still running when we checked in, the toilet was not cleaned☹.....or the mirror in the livingroom. The jacuzzi jets didn't work, the paint in the jacuzzi was scraped off in various areas and the paint scraps were left on the deck near the jacuzzi, the water temp was luke warm(very unimpressive), the waffle maker was broken for breakfast and while having breakfast in the lobby with other hotel guests, my daughter and another guest whitnessed a mouse running across the floor towards a bench to hide under...😳 I was misinformed about the pool times and check out time and during conversation with another guest she shared that when she checked into her room there were no towels. I will not be staying here again.

I exercise a lot. Play tennis and work out in a fully equipped gym. Because no tennis in anchorage in water expected to substitute cardio with pool and weight work out in gym. First disappointment was the so called gym. Had 3 running machines and dumbbells. So I went to check out the pool and found a tiny pond like pool that was closed for repairs. Stayed there for 4 days and never saw anyone repairing it. The front desk people apparently didn’t know how to locate or make a reservation. Was on the phone for about 20 minutes on a call from Seattle airport to reserve a second room for my niece. When I got to the hotel later that day, no record of it. The day she was coming in I rechecked to make sure she would have no problems still no record of it. Got the Hilton name but not the Hilton quality.

It was clean but they do not vacuum your room daily and don’t make sure your door closes properly when done. If a family of five is checked in, why only three towels?

Room wasn’t cleaned
Was disappointed at check in that the pool/hot tub was out of service and they couldn’t compensate us since we booked through a third party. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, floor wasn’t vacuumed (we did mention to them next day and room service left the tag on the floor that’s not ours..by the TV) , hairs in shower (body wash/ shampoo was out), coffee maker wasn’t clean. Remotes needed to be wiped down also. Living room TV didn’t turn on, after we cleaned… we looked at the curtains and there were white residues on there. We would’ve asked to switch rooms but they told us at check in they didn’t have the King suites available…then to say there’s 1 that just became ready. We were tired and settled, overall…we won’t be coming back.

Nice hotel until the fire alarm went off for the entire building and the flood of grey water (sewer water) from a wall was blocking the main exit way on the floor my room was located at. The smell was terrible and guest were forced to hike down the stairwell with their luggage in order not to walk through the smelly grey water that flooded the hall. The fire alarm sounded a little after 7am and did not stop until the fire department deactivated it quite some time after. Temperatures were <-1degrees Celsius so waiting outdoors during this event was extremely cold and uncomfortable.

Sincere apologies for the disruption of the unexpected emergency in the building. I am sure it cause alot of confusion and inconvenience while staff were trying to find the problem and create a solution at the same time. We have since worked tediously to restore the areas affected by the pipe burst and flooding.
