The manager John is really nice and takes good care of you. There are plenty of motels in the area, but you just can't beat the price for this one. I've stayed here 3 times since I've been on my camping trip in Alaska and I've always been comfortable.
This motel is like a coss between a hostel and an inn. There is no breakfast served, but there is a common kitchen for cooking. Not all the rooms have bathrooms in them, for some if the rooms you have to use the bathrooms in the hall.
The beds are a little firm, but still comortable.
One room I had, room 110, had a backward faucet for the hot water so cold was hot and hot was cold...but it wasn't a problem once I figured that out.
Overall, it's graat little inn, and my favorite one in Anchorage. I would stay here again.
