The House keeper don’t do them job right, The thermostat of the rooms doesn't work , they have a problem with the temperature for all hotel.

staying in this hotel was my second experience in last two months. The breakfast become better in comparison with my first stay. You really feel comfortable in this hotel and the staff are really friendly. The only thing that I can mention is that it is better to know a bit Turkish because most of the staff do not understand English very well.

Did not meet my expectations
Not up to the standard of what I was expecting out of a good hotel. The style of the rooms was a bit old. Air conditioning was not powerful enough to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. Never had a secure check at the metal detector. Not even the first night. I suppose that is there to be used for a reason.

The accommodation & services were good. The room was not vacuumed clean properly, and there were hairs all around the floor. Because of covid we were not comfortable to ask servant to clean it for us while we are there.
