'Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.'

The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. 'This place is a gem! Absolutely looks exactly like the listing photos. We had everything we needed and things we didn’t even think of were also provided. Fran, the contact was incredibly easy to work with and was quick with responses to questions that came up. The house was just a few streets away from Pine Ave, the Ami community center and 3 houses from the beautiful gulf side beach up toward Bean Point.
