'Wonderful place near downtown Medford. My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in town on a business trip for several days and wanted a place with a full kitchen. This fit our needs perfectly. 'We rented this cottage for an extended weekend with longtime friends from our high school days (60 years ago). The Boatnik Festival, jet boat ride, and great meals together kept us very busy, and it was a respite to come back to this quaint cottage in the evenings. 'This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. 'The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely.'

'My husband and I stayed at the house for only 2 nights and we wished could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. It was well furnished and the bed was so comfy. And those heated bathroom floors …… My husband tried to fish the river but it was too high, but it was nice to listen to at night. We enjoyed an afternoon at Red Lily Winery. We were wishing we would have brought more people to enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back.'

'Overall, it met our needs. The front door deadbolt and keypad need work. The guest has to figure out to pull on knob while typing in code or the door will not open. The lighting in the living room is inadequate. It was unpleasant to hear motorcycles, trucks and cars without mufflers at every hour…especially due to the stop sign at the corner. It’s nice to be near groceries. Again, it met our needs.'

'This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in...
