The cleanliness was disappointing. Our fridge and coffee maker in our room didn’t work. Maid service was mediocre at best. They didn’t make beds or dump trash or clean they only replaced towels. There were 5 youth hockey teams staying here who ran the halls, trashed the halls and knocked doors passed midnight and management had zero control. Disappointing. Won’t stay here again.

We do not have any notes on your reservation that you had reported any issues with your coffee make or fridge, which would have allowed us to check into it and fix it.I do apologize for the housekeeping service you received, I will address this with our housekeeping team as the beds should have been made and trash should have been removed.As far as the kids in the hallways, I was here last night and every time I received a complaint, or noticed an issue myself, I did address it right away. The Hotel and staff are beyond exceptional. Rooms are very clean.I’ve been to other hotels in the area.There is no comparison to the Holiday iinn in Appleton.This is the place to be in Appleton when away from home.A home away from home.On a scale of 1 to 10.10 without a doubt.I will be returning.

Accommodation is fine and it is near the airport. I booked room with including breakfast. But the food could not serve for 40mins. So I had to cancel it because of the next meeting schedule. Need to improve it. Except for this, the service was good.

Super clean and very quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and location is great. Mall is around the corner and lots of department stores nearby also. Old and ugly grocery store nearby gives ugly view from room. Otherwise great and will stay again.

We stayed just one night for my kid’s basketball tournament. I am so picky and this hotel was up to my picky standards. Very clean!!

Hotel lists that they offer free parking and free airport shuttle, but in reality they don’t. Shuttle is limited availability and even if you did shuttle you can’t leave your vehicle there so… makes zero sense. Falsr advertising to get ppl to stay.

I am sorry to hear of any confusion in our services when booking through Expedia and wanted to clarify as I believe in the value of constructive reviews and accurate information myself.Our hotel does provide free parking for registered guests while staying with us, as well as shuttle service (pick up and drop off) for incoming and outgoing guests who have reservations with us. What we do not currently offer or advertise is a Park-Stay-Go offering where you can leave your car with us while you are gone. This is a separate fee-based service that is offered by select hotels who would specify this service. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us and wish you safe journeys ahead! Cheers & Health
