'The whole trip was absolutely lovely. The Villa was well appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean. John & Claire could not have been more helpful and were so welcoming. 'Everything you need from a villa and more. Photos do not do it justice. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday. Close proximity to beach and a beautiful cafe/bar with stunning views. Would highly recommend hire of a car to visit the island and also as the villa is not close to shops etc.'

'Stayed here with 6 women and it was perfect, everyone had their own bathroom. Also tons of mirrors! We loved having breakfast by the pool or on the balcony upstairs. It honestly felt too big of a house for us at times. The kitchen had everything we needed plus theres a mini grocery store down the street. Only wish the pool was heated but we did come in sept. The views from the villa are also amazing. We rented a car but also took taxis to Argostoli for drinks and dancing. Easy to book and cost...

'Absolutely stunning villa. Host is very amenable and kept in contact throughout our stay. Anne met us at the car hire office and showed us where the villa was. The villa was spotless, clean and there was a welcome pack for us. Great holiday, thank you.'

'The hillside setting of this great villa makes for fabulous sea views overlooking nearby beaches/resorts. A very spacious outdoor areas with pool table, table tennis, cooking/BBQ kit and pool. Ideally it would have been on the same level as the living area which is up the stairs. Couple of things that would make the villa spot on would be air con or (at least fans) in the living space and a better water temp in the pool. You definitely need a car when staying her. 'Everything about this holiday was idyllic. We stayed in Villa Maria for 11 nights. After arriving at the airport Maria met us at a local petrol station and led us to the villa. There was a great welcome pack with a bottle of wine, bottles of water and beer in the fridge, and some milk. Herbs salt and pepper in the cupboards, all of the things that you quite often have to buy. 'Het uitzicht is een 10, de bereikbaarheid: redelijke klim en als je het te voet aflegt voor de liefhebber. Ontbijt is simpel maar voldoende. Redelijke keuze maar wel elke dag hetzelfde aanbod. als je elke dag wat ander neemt heb je nog wel voldoende variatie. Internet is zoals erg traag en via wifi. Het mobile netwerk is redelijk rond de bewoonde gebieden. Met de taxi naar Argosteli kost ± €7,00.'
