'The house location was perfect to get to all of the day/nightlife in the area! We didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we were there we were extremely comfortable. It was perfect for a group of 5, and more people could have easily fit comfortably. The only downside was the construction at the property next door. It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. The latch information did not match the information texted to me. I could only access the check out directions from email. I will never utilize the latch app as there was no consistent communication between latch and good nite services'

'Fantastic stay at Urban Row. It is close enough to Broadway but also "far enough away." Uber rides are only $7-8 and we even walked into Broadway and shopped en route a few times. There is so much to do in the Gulch and Edgehill that we would definitely book here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!'
