'Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! 'I wish I could live here permanently. Old world charm with all current amenities. Perfect spot for a family reunion with its multiple wings with rooms and common areas. Great communication with the managers, they were so nice and helpful, making our stay that much more wonderful. Will definitely book again when we find ourselves visiting the area. 'Location was perfect, secluded but yet close enough. Great ride for motorcycles!! Cabin was nice but could have used a little more cleaning (toilet) and dusting. When we search for places to stay we select Texas Hill Country, cabin and hot tub so we were disappointed when we got there and found out the hot tub didn’t work. The place did make it right but because it was one of our 3 search criteria’s still disappointing. Thank you Chris and Nancy Montoya'

'Unfortunately, we were sick during our entire stay, so we never saw anything except the view from the cabin and one trip to a grocery store. The cabin was cute, and the listing does warn you there’s no WiFi. Hot water was iffy - we had it, but the first shower never got warmer than lukewarm if you wanted any water pressure, and then the second person had to wait before showering.
