'We booked this for my son’s UConn graduation.My family of 4 stayed and it was perfect!! The Bungalow is clean and meticulously decorated! We felt so at home and it had everything we needed. All the nice touches like water and complimentary bag were very generous. I would definitely recommend to all!'

'A sweet home with amazing views and access to the lake. The hosts thought of all the things we would need and had a well stocked home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and games to use. There were spaces to relax and enjoy both inside and out. The yard felt very private even though other people were next door. We had eight people in our group and though I wouldn’t describe the house as large, it did not feel small for our group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!'

'Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside...

'I only gave a four for cleaness because we were the first ones to use the place and there were a few places where there was a little dust from the construction. The location is nice, it was close to what we were doing but out of the way so that it was quiet. Owner was very nice, check-in and out was easy and no contact.'

'The house was better than we expected. We had a 16month old and there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. The house was clean, organized and ready for our family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The owners were VERY responsive to all our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!'

'Picked this location because it was on the route from West Point to Gillette stadium. It was an hour closer for our son (and friends) to get here than if we had stayed in Boston and it put him that closer for drive home on Sunday. The house was great and well decorated for Christmas. My wife’s comment was that she felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. The host was very responsive (not that we needed anything). And Army beat Navy! Great weekend.'

'We stayed at the property for a weekend family gathering to celebrate the UConn graduation of our daughter. The property was comfortable and inviting with lots of space for all family members to gather together but also privacy when needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable as well as the overall decor and layout of the space. It was very nice to wake up with the sounds and view of the lake. 'What a wonderful weekend our book club had staying in the beautiful lake front house! So relaxing, and quiet! Great little town with charming little places to enjoy. Our visit to the local winery was so much fun and the gals there told us to check out a local town celebration which we enjoyed going to. I can’t think of one thing that would have made this weekend any better! We would definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to possibly making this a yearly destination.'

'Last minute trip to the area so we knew we would be arriving after dark. Packed a flash light just in case we needed to find our way to the door. Not needed! The arrival at this property was beautifully designed and executed. A few lights were left on that lit our way right to the front door. From there, it just got better and better. 'We booked for UConn graduation weekend, our daughter’s friend and her parents stayed with us. Lovely peaceful location, beautiful lake, spring flowers, gorgeous! House was as listed, everything perfect for us! Made for an excellent weekend! We wished we were here for a week longer :)'

'The house was cute and comfortable for our stay. The beds were comfortable , Linda is in property , friendly. And helpful. The house looks just like the pictures. Linda has 2 super cute and friendly dogs. The location is right off the freeway with easy access to the surrounding area.'

'Enchanting and eclectic. Well loved home with the children's highth recorded on the kitchen wall. Light in every room during the day and dark as a cave at night. If you want seclusion this is the place. Watch the stars and view the animals. Looking forward to a summer rental. 5 stars'

'We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. Only issue was the listing says there’s 3 bedrooms (accurate) and 2 rooms with futons in them, but there was a couch in the den and a small couch in the living room, not really beds. Listing could use some more updated, accurate photos to show how it’s clearly a lived in house and not a full time rental.'
