'Mooie pand, super locatie. Niet ver van het station, vlak bij de kaaien waar je super mooi kan wandelen en is het mooiste stuk van de stad. Vlak bij het centrum. Leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Wij hadden een duplex appartement. Ongelooflijk mooi en ruim. Absoluut een aanrader! '

'It was great. Stayed while passing through, so we were only there one night. Close to food. I can’t remember what we did nearby, but it seemed like a nice place to stay for a couple of days. 'The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property.'

'Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. No light switch near bed (so had to stumble through dark room to bed). No reading lights. So eventually to bed. Next morning dived in shower (quite good) to find NO TOWELS. Very disappointed '

'We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.'

'First time in Newbiggin and enjoyed it, the town has plenty of resources- a corner shop just round the corner and pubs, takeaways, cafes and a couple of restaurants, a small craft ale bar too. There’s going to be a new bar/café opening any day now just over the road down on the beach which will be handy (and as it’s low down shouldn’t cause any problems). The house was as described, newly done out, well equipped with comfy beds and an unblocked sea view. We used it as a base for exploring the...

'Great location and views to die for. Parking a bit tight but lovely neighbours who were happy to move cars around. We used the property as a base to attend a wedding and extended our stay to visit Alnwick and Holy Island - Newbiggin is a little tired and rundown and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area.'

'Een ruim appartement met een dubbele badkamer (douche en bad) waarin het goed vertoeven is. Wel een lawaaiige buurt omdat het plein beneden een bar heeft en als klankbord dient. Vooral in het weekend is er veel geschreeuw. Het tweepersoonsbed is wat smal en het veren matras doet mij aan mijn studententijd denken. Wifi is traag en niet altijd aanwezig. Wel heel vriendelijke receptionisten en alles binnen New Castle op loopafstand. Tikkeltje te duur.'

'We enjoyed our stay, the accomodation was neat, clean and as displayed in the advert. The location was a bit different from what we had anticipated for eventhough the beach was nearby. The street in which the accomodation was situated was somewhat basic. The host, Elaine, was a real sweetheart and responded in a heartbeat to our questions and did everything to make out stay comfortable. We had a great stay, Newbiggin is very central to go and explore Northumberland. Deffinately a recommendation...
