'This is a gem of a property. Traditional Spanish house with quirky decor. Exceptionally well equipped for a long or short stay. Very comfortable bed, good modern shower and a beautiful view of city, sea and castle from the sunny roof terrace. Great location close to transport links, fresh food market and restaurants. It is in quite an elevated position and the house has steep stairs but it’s all very manageable if you are reasonably mobile. We stayed a whole month and loved it. Excellent...

'Nice holiday house. Very well equiped and maintained. Everything works properly and the house is really clean. Nice communal pool. Shops nearby. Although Cuidad Quesada in itself may not be the most inspiring holiday city, with a car everything you need for a good holiday is whitin proximity. The beach is 10 minutes away and Elche and Alicante will take about half an hour. So this is a very nice and convenient holiday house and we loved it. So there is a very good chance we will come back.'

'We did not stay in this apartment because of some issues with the house. The owner offered us a bigger house. The neighbors were a little noisy in the tiny street we were staying. The apartment was big enough for us but with more people it could be crowded. Everything you need is in the house like towels, shower gel, hairdryer, microwave, oven, induction plate etc etc. We had a nice stay.'

'Was blij met Osmosis installatie, wil het in de toekomstig huis ook gaan gebruiken. 1. Minpuntje is het toilet op de begane grond, het is heel smal om er gebruik van te kunnen maken. Suggestie is verwijder het toilet en plaats een vaatwasser.'

'Overall the property was excellent, large rooms, exceptionally clean well equipped in most areas, and a sea view to die for, and we counted 5 swimming pools on the complex, perfect for families. We stayed for a 4 week winter period, which we think was a new experience for the host as the beds weren’t set up for the very cold nights. 'Maison agréable spacieuse et propre. Horraires de la piscine très bonnes( ouverture jusqu'à minuit) La plage de Carabassi très accessible à 5 minutes en voiture. Elle est comme toutes les autres plage de la Costa Blanca propre et agréable. De nombreuses commerces accessibles en voiture. Seul inconvénient de cette maison le vis à vis de la terrasse.'
