Perfect Location
The property is a short walking distance to a lot of amazing restaurants and you are 200 yards from the lift and only 30 yards from the mountain. A perfect ski in and ski out location. Had an amazing time!!!

There were many hiccups in our trip but the property and owner were not part of them. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay and the owner was easy to get in touch with for any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and view
Beautiful property that is a little more than a block up the hill from Casa Tua. It’s a bit of a hike and on 3rd floor but the host was nice enough to send someone to help with my heavy luggage. Would definitely book again.

Great location and place. I true AC unit that is quiet would make this unit a 5 stars. Super noisy unit in bedroom. Hard to sleep if you need it on. Also quieter fan in the bathroom.

The unit needs more closet and drawer storage. It seems like the closet and drawers beneath the bed were ALL fillled with spare blankets. WAAAAY too many. 3 or 4 extra blankets would be plenty, but I'm guessing there was more than a dozen! However, the views to the west (down valley) over the adjacent properties is phenomenal. Pool and hot tub are easy to access. Virtually any retail or restaurant establishment in town is within a short 10 minute walk.

My fault i guess for not reading all the reviews. You have to first somehow find the place. The parking is terrible and hard to find. Then, I climbed up, with luggage, 4 flights of stairs only to find it is on the opposite side of bldg. WARNING: no elevators! The ski in ski out is a joke. We figured out out but watched a neighbor get hurt following our tracks back to the apartment after skiing Location is very good. Place is old and been remodeled. The price is not bad for what you get. But i would suggest paying more and getting a better place

Jeff, it is very unfortunate to receive a 2 star review for the property having a lot of stairs. We clearly state this in the listing and in the check-in guest guide that we send 3 times prior to arrival. Very near the top of the description of the property we note the following: "Unit is located on the third floor. No elevator access." In the middle of the property description on the listing we note it again: "This unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you need luggage assistance." In the guest guide we note the following: "Just a reminder the accommodations you reserved is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. Please notify us in advance if you will require luggage assistance and we can arrange this" We do our best to help guests make the right choice when deciding on the best vacation rental for their trip by sharing the information about the stairs and it is disappointing that we are dinged with a bad review when you chose to stay here with all of this information clearly stated. Wonderful location, a few drawbacks
I'll begin by saying the property management company was fantastic. They checked in almost every day to make sure all of our needs were met. I had one issue (a couple of the motorized blinds needed a charge) and they offered to come immediately. As I said, the location is spectacular. Be aware it's at the top of the street and then 3 flights up with no elevator, so it's not feasible if you have asthma or heart issues or struggle with walking and climbing, or hauling your bags up to the unit (although the management company offers that service for a fee). The unhappiest part of the reservation was seeing how the unit itself is in need of updating. Yes, it's been 'renovated' with nice soft-goods and lighting and looks terrific in the photos, but the unit itself is really tired. The flip side of that argument is that the state of the unit is probably why it's still affordable in oh-so-UNAFFORDABLE Aspen! To summarize, my husband and I really enjoyed the fantastic new-feeling mattress and high-quality sheets, the great shower water pressure, the great management service and the location. But the lack of an elevator and the overall shape of the unit itself makes me hesitate to rebook.

Pretty Al fresco 1 bedroom and great location!
The property is exactly as described. It was very pretty. It was very clean. Management followed up and reached out upon check in and to see if we were happy and needed anything. The apartment came stocked with bathroom basics such as shampoo, conditioner and body cream. The kitchen had all cooking basics. It was bright. You could open the windows up to get a breeze and fresh mountain air. It was well located a minute away from town. We were able to park easily in a lot outside. We really enjoyed our stay..

I do not recommend this property for rental. The condo is dated with broken cabinets and drawers. The shower curtain liner is mildewed and too long which is disgusting. The one closet is full of equipment i.e. broken fans, so very little room for clothing. It was unusually warm and there was one working fan which we moved from room to room. The management company was good but they need to convey to the owners the needed repairs.

Liz, We are very disappointed to see this review as it is not a fair representation of the property. We understand this rental may not have met your expectations but we did inspect the rental before and after your stay. We did not find any mildew on the shower curtain liner, it was too long for the shower, that is correct, but was not mildewed. We opened every drawer and cabinet in the condo and found one drawer askew which we tightened quickly with a screwdriver. It was a very warm weekend and we would have been more than happy to bring by additional fans if you had shared your discomfort with us when we checked in regarding your stay. Thank you for pointing out the unnecessary items in the closet. We have moved these items to owner storage and appreciate you bringing it to our attention that you needed more room. Again, we would have gladly come by quickly to help you with this during your stay. We have had many happy guests throughout the year stay with us in this condo but do understand that everyone's taste is different and would be happy to help you find accommodations that better fit your needs on your next trip to Aspen. Quiet condo with great views/in town
We enjoyed our stay here. Firewood was set up for us in the fireplace when we arrived along with some goodies and a tablet to check into the place. It was extremely clean and when we needed a couple items fixed, they came over within hours to fix them. This condo is a block from town and a few blocks from the lifts and gondola. Everything was fantastic except that I wish they had an elevator to get up the three flights of stairs and wish the washer/dryer were in the condo unit itself.

Awesome 1 bedroom with perfect location and a lot of light
The condo was perfect for a short or longer stay in Aspen. The location is great with a short walk (<5 minutes) to Aspen's best restaurants or the Aspen Mountain gondola. The apartment itself is open with a lot of great sunlight and open views of town. I was happily surprised by the wonderful Sonos speaker and the well-stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. The property management company was responsive and handled any issues immediately. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Autumn Get-A-Way
My sister and I had a wonderful long weekend get-a-way. We were very happy in this top floor with a view condo. We were surrounded by nature and it was truly relaxing and beautiful.

Special weekend getaway
We were impressed with the view as indicated from the pictures. The big windows did not disappoint on a fall weekend with near peak Aspen foliage. The decor was lovely and classy, and the mirror wall made it bright and cheery. Plenty of space for two people, and it was super-clean. Two minor issues were that we found the kitchenware a bit sparse, and parking spots were variable amongst 3 lots. We would stay here again.

Being in the heart of downtown Aspen parking is at a premium however with 3 lots and an on-street permit we find that a spot is usually available. This place was super cute and in the perfect location!!! Great views and a comfy bed. Appliances are outdated but everything else has been remodeled so it looks modern and fresh.

Great location
Very convenient to downtown Aspen and ski lift. If staying in the summer - be aware that unit doesn't have A/C. They had one fan which was helpful.
