'We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...

'I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.'

We had a little bit of trouble getting the key from the lock to check in. It wasn't clear how to retrieve it from the lockbox even though we had the accurate code. 'The unit was very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit inconvenient that I had to bring my own linen but will definitely stay here again.'

Shelves in both bathrooms were very dirty. Cupboards were so dirty we had to remove all dishes and glasses and clean them out. 'We loved the cottage. Perfect location to everything on the island. Was within walking distance to the seafood festival and shops. The screened porch was a nice place to enjoy our morning coffee. The cottage had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. We highly recommend staying there. We are considering a summer visit and hope the cottage is available if we do.'

'Great location and nice view. 2 minute walk through the parking lot to the beach. Short drive to the boardwalk and plenty of places to walk to on the strip. The condo was clean of dust and dirt, however there was an ant issue. Sitting on the couch on several occasions random ants crawled on us, they were also found on the kitchen counter, stove and in the bathroom. Keep in mind of the 3 flights of stairs when packing. 'View is very good. Cleaning could be better, mold in shower drain and in corners, lots of dust in bedroom surface and an old shirt and blankets on closet floor. Kitchen cabinet had old coffee dated expired in 2014 and few items that just needed thrown out or updated such as old stained potholders , same with toaster, simple inexpensive updates could be done to make it nicer. 'Marvelous Condo, such great amenities. Awesome view of the ocean.'

'This was our second time staying here, with our first being during the summer. The cottage is very clean and overall quite pleasant with a location perfect for bicycling into town and to the beach. However, this cottage really needs heat if it is to be rented during the cooler months. The owner did provide a portable heater at our request, which did warm the place, but was very noisy. Would stay again but only in the warmer weather. '

'Nice hotel for dog owners. The rooms are a good size and clean. Only watch out, dogs not allowed in the restaurants ( not a big deal i just didn't know) and there is no grass near the hotel for the dogs. You have to walk across the busy road to get to a grassy area.'
