The hotel is fine. Typical Mariott in a good location. However, do not accept a room in the first floor. I was given a room in the first floor next to the staff room and the elevators. It was extremely loud at ALL hours, both from staff and other guests. Sometimes, the staff would play loud music while going down the hall tending the rooms. Also, there were multiple times it smelled like someone was smoking weed around the the room. Very unfortunate situation. If it wasn’t for the location of the room, I would say, it’s a good place to stay at.

This hotel attempted to charge an early check in fee. I have never been asked to pay to check in early if my room was ready. I approved at 11 am and the room was ready. The front desk attempted to charge me a $50 early fee.

Don’t try ordering room service. You will have to call 3 times just to get it, the second day we waited over an hour for pancakes and a fruit cup. There was also an undisclosed parking fee. The facility’s are run down for the price. Lobby was freezing, we had better luck outside when we checked in. Overall a very poor experience

Good for the price, but not up to Marriott par!
Considering its location and the idea that it presents itself for conferences and large meetings, etc., the attention to detail for repair/maintenance is not typical of a Marriott-named hotel. It was clean enough, but our room had a cracked vanity sink in the bathroom, poor drainage in the vanity sink, the bathtub had remnants of an anti-slip surface that is long gone, the grout was in need of attention (not awful, just not becoming of a Marriott), there's a giant hole in the wall where the toilet plumbing goes in and the room refrigerator was not in the best of condition. The bed was comfortable and clean and the furniture in the room was all fine. We might have liked to order room service at one point, but there's zero information in the room or online as to what they have to offer, etc., so we went out, instead. For the price that we got through Hotels.com, it was certainly acceptable - just again, not very becoming of the Marriott name.

Property is in a nice location near the mall. Front desk staff at check in did not honor the room type that I requested and paid for. I did check in about 45 mins before the check in time of 4pm but I find it hard to believe that there were no King bed rooms available with less than 1 hour before check in with a property this size. No other resolution or compensation was provided by staff. Furniture in the room (428) was also broken - cabinet under TV had broken doors.
