Very noisy on the ground floor. Several of our group couldn’t sleep because of all the noise. They found it was the night desk staff making the noise. They were asked to deal with the noise and nothing was done. No working remote for the tv. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were amazingly friendly. So our stay (group of 6 rooms) was good for some and absolutely horrible for some. The driver of our group was one who had a horrible night and had to stay awake all day at the conference and for the 8 hour drive back after with only about 2 hours of sleep due to your noisy yelling night staff.

Our flight was supposed to arrive in Atlanta at 7:00 PM on the night of our stay; in fact, for various reasons not attributable to us, we arrived at 3:00 AM. The hotel kept our room, and allowed us to stay until noon on the following day. Kudos.

I like the room quality. Bed slept comfortable. I did not like the cleaning people knocking on my door early in the morning when my check out time was not until 11 AM. THEN they returned again and knocked just before 11 AM.

Good hotel for the price

I choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. I was only in town for the weekend. Friday night, I called at 8:15pm for the airport shuttle, called again a hour later. The reception said she didn't get the first call. An hour and a half wasted. Leaving Monday morning, at 8:20 I ask at the front desk for a shuttle, I am told "Oh its too late the call for one at 8:30 you'll have to wait until 9" I took an Uber at my expense. Don't waste your time with this hotel. It may be a half step up from Motel 6 but who needs to the attitude.

Our shuttle runs every half hour and sometimes they might be road works, accident or just ATL traffic whenever there is a delay which we apologize for in advance. We do care about all of our guest. If you came down at 8:23am the next shuttle time would be at 9am. At check I see that we when ahead and waived the 100. 00 incidental and the early fee of 35 for you to show appreciate to you for staying.
