Goed
Mooi hotel, netjes en schoon. Grote kamers. Dames achter de receptie super gastvrij en de dame die elke ochtend het ontbijt diet, wat een geweldig mens! Ontbijt echt amerikaans maar prima en netjes verzorgd. Kortom echt een aanrader en ongeveer 20 min. van world of coca cola.

When I arrived I was told the room keys weren’t working and had to be let in and out the room. They moved my room to a handicap room, and we had one key to use. The room did not get cleaned the entire stay. I asked for towels from the maid, and was told to call FD. The tv did not work. Only the bed lights in the room worked. The outlets did not work. It was a disaster. Only one elevator worked. They charged my card twice two different charges. I requested a full refund and that was done incorrectly. I won’t ever stay there again!

This hotel is nice the two dudes that work the front desk were pleasant the young lady that was at the desk when it was time to check out wasn’t pleasant at all. I gave it one star because of the inconvenience upon check in and during our stay we could not receive keys to our room so leaving in and out our room we had to always go to front desk for someone to let us in our room and doing that you had to wait because of corse they were gone letting other guests in there room this was a bit to much traveling with 2 Whining toddlers On top of that only one elevator worked the who experience gave me a red flag, the hotel offered a list of places that deliver food I used the number on the list which is to dominoes pizza order at at 4:00pm never received order come to find out the number on the list is not the correct number to order pizza to deliver to that hotel. Eventually found the right dominoes to still not receive our order and had a hassle about my order still for them to just take my money and I received no food but the room itself was nice and the pool was out of order and none of the ice machines worked smh.

Unfortunately there were quite a few issues at the hotel. The card reader has been down for two weeks so they had to let us in and out of our room. Only one elevator was working. Also the air conditioner was dumping water onto the carpet in our room. Woke up to a lake.

The card machine was down so the night manager was having to let everyone into their rooms individually. Once I got to my floor it was hot and muggy. I walked into my room and it was the same. It quickly cooled down after I turned the air on. As I laid in bed though I started getting a strong whiff of weed. Seemed to be coming from behind the bed frame maybe through cables in the wall or the AC unit? Unsure but it’s very off putting and disheartening.

This place was horrible. Staff key card reader wasnt working so we had to be let in our room everytime we came and went. They gave some one else the room I paid for and upgraded me to a suite that I didnt want and never notified me prior to check in and charged me for the room before I got in town for check in. The room wasnt clean. Had half eaten bread behind the sofa, big brown stain in the middle of the sheets of the pull out bed. Only one set of towels, trash was still in the trash can from the previous check in. They had NO housekeepers to clean because they all quit the day before. We told the staff our concerns and they just act like they were so lost and didn’t care. This place need to be shut down

The key machine was not working upon check in. Nor was it the next morning so we checked out. Expedia has been trying to get in touch with hotel management to give us a refund for 3 days no with no result. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We did not have a room key for out entire stay. The key card maker was broken and we had to be let into our room by an employee each time we returned.

A spacious room with enough space for two persons to have their spaces. Likewise very clean and beautifully decorated. There are charging points for all types of mobile devices. Which i found really nice. The breakfast is bland and boring. I have very few healthy choices

Do not book here! I booked due to high reviews and as soon as I walked in to check in I knew it was not going to be good. I was running on no sleep and couldn't keep looking for other hotels so I stayed. They did not give me the room I booked for and they said they were no other rooms available even though I arrived only 40 minutes after check in. There were other guest in the lobby as well complaining about there rooms and being over charged etc. The pool was not even open and that is literally why I booked here. They also did not have enough pillows. The breakfast was said to start at 6:30am but did not open till 7am! Terrible overall. Would never stay here again!

When we Checked in, their key machine was not working, so each time staff has to come to open door to room, freez was not working, so no Bottle water or any Drinks available.we have to go outside to buy water and Drink.

The property is in major need of an update. The hotel is very dirty, the pool was closed and empty full of mold. Our room had paint falling off the walls,walls and ceiling, bathtub had rust all around the edges and drain. Our room had no tv remote and we asked for one we wete told. Oh that room doesnt have one. Breakfast was very mediocre alot of food items were empty and not restocked. I would not consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The property is aged but very well kept. Breakfast was cool and the staff is super friendly and helpful! It was a great choice for my purposes.

Checking in took long, due to key cards not working and front desk being unable to make keys. The system came back up an hour later. Room looked outdated and didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was good and all staff were helpful.

My stay at this hotel, was okay besides the roaches i disposed of, (crawling in my room) and the tub clogging up while showering. Also the pool was "out of order" so i couldnt enjoy any water over than the tub. My room was well cleaned just needs to be renovated, and needs better installation so i won't have to hear the people next to me conversation(s). Room was okay for the most part, not by many food/shopping options but for some quiet ducked off peace then this hotel.

This is correct. refunds take three to seven business days not including the weekend because banks do not operate on the weekend.

I have stayed here several times, but only due to the fact that it is convenient to where I need to go in that area. It is not that clean, and I have never had a great experience with the staff. Also, the roll out sofas are awful.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The air conditioner was so loud that it was difficult to sleep or hear the television. The plumbing wasn’t good. The shower drained so slowly that I was standing in almost ankle deep water. Breakfast options were extremely limited.
