The bathroom was very small. The weekend breakfast options were less than weekdays, and not very good. Saturday morning we were awakened by a drive by shooting. The hotel had the slowest elevator I’ve ever been on.

Horrible experience with this hotel, I notice a charge on my account for an extra $5.50 saying my grandson opened a snack at counter, however we were all standing at the counter checking out there wer 2 ladies there sitting having a conversation the 3 which is the cashier or counter person was all in the conversation being distracted and all in the other 2 women conversation, I saw when my grandson picked up a snack, I was the one who took it from him and placed it back on selves. Now if the snack was open why not show it to us while we were there? I know the snack that I took from him wasn’t open, and if it was why didn’t you give it to us? You have the nerve to put it on my bill. You were so in to talking with each other’s that you didn’t even take the keys from us I of to give it to you, you didn’t even tell us thanks as a courtesy for staying at your hotel. We paid almost 600$ for 2 nights. Very rude Ps I would like you see the video where my grandson opened the snack.

The breakfast offered was good. The only issue was that the staff member responsible for attending to the food did not promptly replace items as they ran out. It took 30 minutes for them to bring out a new dish of fresh fruits or scrambled eggs.

The best thing about the property was the staff. They were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. My only two dislikes were the loud sliding door upon entry and exit and the breakfast which is was really really limited and did not seem to be freshened up timely. The room was good and bed comfortable.

I had to ask for new blankets due to a yellow large stain on the blanket. The toilet was leaking on the floor. The couch had mismatched cushions and had a blood stain on it. The toilet paper from the last person was still there.. I drove 8 hrs w/ two toddlers and was disappointed I didn't trust any of it so I didn't shower and slept for 6 hours and left.

The main complaint would be the housekeeping, or lack thereof. (For my TWO rooms) Day 1: we left the hotel that morning - returned later that day, to find only one of the rooms had been cleaned and the other was not touched. I went to speak with the front desk attendant, she was very apologetic because she, herself, did not understand why one of the rooms was cleaned and the other one was not. She contacted a housekeeper, who brought me clean linen and towels, for ME to change vs. helping me do so, or doing her job, all together and then took none of the dirty linen / towels. Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room A and Day 1, Day 2, Day in 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room B at all – the entire stay. The night before checking out – the same night attendant was so embarrassed and shocked when we told her, yet again, the rooms had not been touched, the whole trip!
