Our rooms are complete 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites, each bedroom with it's own bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

The hotel is decent. However, there was a bad stronger odor in the room. Maybe it was from the air vents or carpet. There were stains on my Carpet. I had to go out and buy bleach spray and disinfect spray just for my comfort. I would recommend pulling up all the carpet and replacing and clean the HVAC unit to clear the air waves when AC is on. I would recommend this place, but I would not stay here again unless there is a better room with clean carpet and room that smells fresh.

I like the area it’s in but I didn’t like the fact that someone was playing music over my head all night Friday and Saturday and running around we didn’t have bath towels until after 8pm Saturday night I never been through this before

I paid for a 3 night stay at Sonesta which I paid for through Expedia, due to life happening I had a family emergency and had to cut the stay a day short. I asked how I could I be compensated for my last night because I’m not staying, they (Sonesta) told me to contact Expedia and they have to contact them. When they tried to contact them Sonesta denied Expedia the refund stating that they would be penalized by corporate. Individuals who I spoke with were Dilan and Barbra which is the property manager.

It is not up to the standard that other properties are. Stains on the linens. There were holes in the floor under the carpet and outside trash on the walkways and on the stairs. Cracked walls in the bathroom. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.

Although a little outdated, this property was perfect for our vacation. Breakfast hours were a little short however breakfast itself was a great addition!

Sofa bed was awful! dirty as hell, couldn't sleep at all. Hous was not cleaned and paid parking even no parking lots around. i parked at the curbe and being charged for parking. Not recommend to stay here. You will be regretted

It was just ok
Me, my daughter, my friend and my daughters friend stay at this hotel over rhe weekend. It was a nice suite just what i was looking for to accommodate us but in one of the bathrooms the shower nozzle was broken it kept coming off. I informed the front desk clerk the next morning whom then told me maintenance didn't come in until 9 am and i was on my way out so i told her that i wouldn't mind if they come in to do it while i was gone. We return that night around 10 pm and went to take a shower and the nozzle fell off again so that let me know they never came to fix it. Tried reaching out to the front desk by using the phone inside the room no answer then i used my cellphone and still no answer. I also didn't like the fact that you had to bring the dirt towel & rags to the front desk in order to get clean ones. Plus you were instructed to remove your trash to the designated trash bin nearest to your room outside. Also the charge for parking is crazy to me because its not like they had security guards or police watching the parking lot so why charge people to pay for parking per day. It was a van and a uhaul truck out there that hadn't moved at all during my stay at this hotel.

Everything was great except for maintenance I called the office once I went into the office the next day told them that the whole left side of kitchen including the microwave and outlets front burner are not working maintenance has not shown up

I liked they had breakfast. It was fresh and hot a long with muffins and coffee and juice. There were bugs in the bathroom that may have come in from the vent in the bathroom. There were huge spider webs outside the door. As a person afraid of spiders I was afraid to go into the door. The parking was good. I did have to pay $5 a day which I feel should've been free parking for guests since the vehicle was worked in the hotel lot.

The hotel is very quiet. Its clean, no bugs, its only a few minutes from Target and many restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very nasty down didnt fix nothing we complained about smoke detector beeped the whole visit dirty linen was left from last visiter food left in fridge couldn’t get clean linen only nice person was the houseman we will never go back there again and they charge $5 a night for parking and $200 deposit I’ve never in my 54 years ever heard of that I travel a lot and get rooms all the time

The place was a bit run down and dingy. Our license plate was stolen while we were parked in their lot. This is probably not the fault of the motel, but as we were leaving a day later we noticed another car with a missing license plate and a sign in the back window stating: stolen plates.

Over all good stay
My stay was good . The staff was excellent . My only complaint is that my kitchen was not fully stocked . I was missing utensils , & bowls . I feel like they should put more items in the kitchen to make it easier for the guests. Overall my stay was comfortable, my room was clean for the most part except someone’s child scribbled on the walls and that was not cleaned . The bed could’ve had a warmer blanket. It over all was a good stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good .

When I arrived at the property late night, I was told that rooms are not available although I had paid for my stay through Orbitz. Themy made me stay at another property for one night, then check me out next day and shuttle back to their property where I had to wait until 4:00 pm to get my room.

Very nice and roomy place w/2 master BR and 2 separate baths. Lots of desk space to work and full kitchen amenities. Good TV and internet speeds. Would come back.
