Once I got there I check in as normal but come to find out the room they gave me was already occupied. Not only that I thought the room had an outside patio but it didn’t. Also the pool was out of order and only added to the inconvience.

It was nice they had a free breakfast, but it was always difficult to find a seat and they were always out of things including dishes and utensils. Also, the pool was closed for winter, despite it being May and the temperature was in the low to mid 80s (28C) which was absolutely brutal, especially since it wasn’t advertised as closed. I would not stay here again.

Very upset that I booked this through Expedia. They advertise a beautiful pool but when my kids and I arrived we were told it was closed until the end of the month. I didn’t have enough time to search and look for another hotel after driving 8 hours. The room was dirty, air conditioner rusted and barely worked, shower had hair on it and torn shower curtain. I am waiting to see if I will receive a partial refund.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It's definitely frustrating when a hotel doesn't meet expectations, especially after a long drive. I extend my apologies on behalf of Expedia for the misleading pool advertisement, as it is scheduled to open on Memorial Day. Furthermore, I apologize for the substandard conditions of the room, including the dirty state, the poorly functioning and rusted air conditioner, as well as the presence of hair and a torn shower curtain in the bathroom. For the price this facility, was outdated and very loud. They really need to sound proof the windows, especially since the balcony doors to not open. There are a ton of updates this hotel needs to complete. I will not stay at this facility again or recommend to others. I paid for valet and it took 15 min for them to bring my vehicle around. They made me late to my dinner reservations.

Was very hard to find. Somehow this hotel shares the same building as the Crowne plaza?? But they don't have the same front desk which is very confusing when you're going to the correct street address but the names don't match up.

I wasn’t too impressed. For a place this expensive, the building feels old, the breakfast window is only two hours from 6am to 8am, who wakes up that early. You have to call an advance to get your room cleaned. The staff wasn’t too friendly. I would not stay there again .

Staff was amazing however, however, walls and windows. Very thin could hear the traffic all night. From the 20th flfor sirens. Everything all night cause you're in. People in the hallway property could use some cleaning up and maintenance outside of that was a pretty good stay. The person who checks you in and out was absolutely amazing. And did her absolute best to make sure our state was wonderful.

We had booked our stay for 3 days since it was so terrible, we had cut our trip short. We paid $130 per night this kind of hotel should have been price for $50. We are disappointed by the service and dirty rooms including their ac and heat vent that I got sick there couldn’t breathe there. Disgusting room!!! Please refund my money back

The young lady Shay was very nice, welcoming, informative, understanding, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and we loved the view from the 24th floor. We expected a more upgraded choice of television. DirecTV is horrible! Other than that, we'll definitely choose Staybridge again!!! We stayed 5 nights and loved it! The breakfast was decent too.

The property and room itself was great. Loved the set up gave an apartment feel. The main issue is that the ac units were down most of the trip. This seemed to be a known issue for both properties yet nobody on the staff volunteered this information. I was check in with no mention of this. As i got to the room i notice it was hot adjusted the temperature and figured it would cool eventually. After long i was headed out n spoke to the staff who claimed to not be there the past two days which became a common theme. Had that not been a issue i would have ranked higher

The only problem I had was the false advertising that the room had a sleeper sofa. Because of this my daughter and I had to share a bed which led to a very uncomfortable night of sleep. When I talked to the front desk they said they were overbooked and didn’t have another room. They said they told management about Expedia advertising the room having a sleeper sofa when it didn’t come with one.

It was our first time in Georgia and we wanted to explore Atlanta and the hotel was perfectly located for us to do that. It was within minutes of everything, with a great rate.

They overbooked and didn't have the 3 rooms (suits with 2 queen) beds available when we arrived at 3pm.....finally around 7 pm we had to take alternative rooms. The young valet guy was EXTREMELY RUDE two days in a row. The rooms was VERY dusty, bedding was soiled, sofa was soiled with blood; pullout mattress was soiled and had to be replaced, one of the rooms had small roaches running around; we requested room service cleaning daily it was not done, microwave didn't work, we had difficulty closing the bedroom door (we had to pull extremely hard and slam it in order to close it); appliances in breakfast area needs cleaning daily...overall a VERY TERRIBLE STAY

Property was in good condition, however the kitchenette room needed desperate attention to cleanliness. The chair was covered in human bodily fluids that had been cleaned but not well. The amount of dust and grim above hood vent area in the kitchen area was horrific and the sticky floors were off putting. For a quick stay it was not bad.

Hotel itself was ok. did not receive information that 2 hotels are located on one property, made parking and check-in difficult. only saw 2 out of 4 elevators working for a sold out 25 story building. Took valet service 3 tries to find our vehicle at checkout.
