We showed up at 8 for check-in. Our reservations were made 6 months prior. They gave away our rooms because “we didn’t show up before 6”. There is no disclaimer anywhere that states this is their policy. The staff was rude and completely unprofessional about the situation. We ended up having to find another place to stay at. After the same situation happened to others in the lobby, the staff started to hide in the back and not acknowledge anyone. This place needs to be shut down.

It was not so good experience for me at all. it felt crowded, the bed was not comfortable for me at all. The kitchenette would not work at all. I even went there to complain about the stove not working. they said they will have maintenance man the next day but never did or came by at all until we check out. The bathroom towel were so wet and dirty when we first arrived. I woke up in the middle of the night seeing roaches in the bathroom crawling around. it was disgusting. The AC also went out as well. I was so freaking hot. I couldn’t sleep at all. I also heard neighbors fighting and loud talking. I want my full refund back. It was not worth paying those hotel for those price. I ended up forgetting to take pictures since I stay out all day.

Heater was broken blowing out freezing air while place was dirty the shower was gross even for me I had To wipe it down my self. There was no toilet paper the toilet full of human shit and paper the tv didn’t work and the phone to the front desks cord was cut I called on my phone four times to Get something done about this and no answer had to walk from the third floor back to to front desk and was told There were no other rooms available. Roachs, no blanket, an dirty equipment. Was anong the fist things yo hit my eyes apon enterinthe room. Microwave had food all stuck to the inside and sink was clogged an had food stuck to the inside of it. When in need of wash rags and towls was often told they didnt have any available. An had to go buy my own toilet paper because they didnt have any one of my nights there. The guy who covers 3rd shift was extremely rude hard to communicate with and condescending. An at one point even aggressive in response to a simple request of providing a blanket for a my room with no blanket. Will not ever be returning

No towels, dirty, and bugs
When I got to my room, I did not have any towels. I went to the front desk and they said they didn’t have any and could give me a couple hand towels. So I had to go buy a towel to use. Upon looking through the room, it was dirty. There were roaches (not the palmetto bugs / water bugs that are not abnormal to see) and other bugs. It looked like it was partially swept because there was still dirt under the table. I found a dirty washcloth still in the shower. There was no blanket or comforter and the sheets were either dirty or stained and full of holes. Under the sink was water damaged to the point it had a hole and that hole was covered in what looked like mold.

I made a reservation weeks ahead, staying here because it was an economical choice as a stop between destinations. 9pm arrival to check in and they had my reservation but had sold all rooms... including the one I reserved. Very inconvenient to take my two kids at 9:15pm to find a new hotel that ended up costing our family more.

Booked through Expedia. Told the room wasn’t available. Got up charged. Place is a giant trap house. Tried to pay an extra night to get my things out of the room at a safe time. Got there and was physically assaulted and refused access to my personal belongings. My service dog was injured then accused of attack. Sheriff deputy helped me gain access to a few things but most of my valuables and clothing were missing.

I took a trip to Augusta GA, drove 3 hours to visit friends and family. I booked the room 6 hours in advance, before leaving home. I Arrived IN AUGUSTA between 6pm-7pm. Got my key, went to the room to make sure it was clean. It was pretty decent no one's belongings was in the room. I didn't leave my belonging because of my instincts told me not too. Left for 4 hours and came back to the room it was doubled booked. Someone had took a shower and their belongings was in the room. At this point its around 10 pm. Went to the office informed them . The young lady's was giving me sketchy vibes. She gave me another room. Went to check it out the room was 100 percent occupied. So I went back to the office the young lady told me she was going to refund me. I asked for proof of refund. She told me she had no receipts. But instead she would send me an email. Waited for the email never recieved it. I went back to the office and the young ladies was gone for about 45 minutes. So I contacted the police to make a report, So ill be able to get my money back. So after the police pulled in they came walking back up. I informed the police I just want a report. Made the report went back to the office window. Informed her I never recieved the refund receipt. She told me she'll take a picture of it on my phone.She took a picture of a receipt but it was not mines. The total neither room matched she never refunded the money. I had to return to speak to a manager before I headed back home 1 day early

Very dirty.smells like mold and mildew. We had plumbing issues for 5 days, toilet would sometimes flush, sewer water filled our shower. On day 6 they moved our room to upstairs, and refused to let my flush and and kids, who were on my reservation, start moving our things into the new room until I was physically on the property. I got off my second job, got up to the hotel at 9:30 pm, and Kira said with the nastiest attitude “you got 30 minutes to be out of the original room. Ima come check too” not sure why she works there when she is clearly so miserable. Seriously, she needs a job where she has zero contact with customers, disgrace.

NOT happy with my stay
I booked a single bed, and was told at check-in that they had sold out of all of them and I could either get a refund or pay an additional fee for a double room. It is not MY fault that you overbooked the rooms, and as a paying customer, I should NOT be forced to pay extra for a bed that I wouldn't even use (traveling solo). 2nd gripe was that my room had zero towels or washcloths at check-in, so I was never able to get refreshed after a long day on the road. These types of things are not good for the brand, and is something that's making me reconsider booking from Studio 6 or Motel 6 in the future (even though their beds are the most comfortable of all the chains I've stayed at).

We reserved 2 rooms. One was passable, the other was disgusting. The toilet would not flush, there was, what looked like, fecal matter on the bathroom floor, one of the beds looked like it had bed "used" after it had been made. The sheets were dirty and stained.

The air conditioner didn't çool the room very well. There were no bath towels or hand towels only two wash cloths. There was no safety bar to hold on to by the commode. The TV never worked the way it should have so we couldn't watch anything. The smoke detector was laying on top of the refrigerator. The water pressure for the shower was so so. The female attendant was rude to my husband and made us feel like we were bothering her at first. But she did soften up a little and gave us a room with a king size bed because they didn't have the one we had reserved.

Didn’t stay. I purchased a non-smoking room through Hotel.com but was given a smoking room by the hotel. Hotel said they had no non-smoking rooms. I entered the room and went right back to the front desk to request a refund due to the smell. It was enough to make you sick, especially for someone with asthma. Hotel said I could get a refund through Hotels.com. Hotels.com, in turn, said it was up to the hotel, who apparently refused according to Hotels.com. So we have Hotels.com selling something they can’t guarantee (otherwise known as false advertising) and not making good on it and we have the hotel saying I could get a refund and then changing their story. Horrible customer service on both ends. Clearly taking advantage of people. On top of that the hotel was a dump - super sketchy and unclean. I’ve stayed in all kinds of places all over the world, but didn’t feel safe here. We went directly to another pet friendly hotel which charged $10 more but was Worlds better. Never again Hotels.com or Motel 6. So Unethical.

Ever room was nasty I had to clean my own room,they got bed bugs ,they have nasty people and dogs everywhere, they very much not friendly at all , they have people doing and selling drugs right outside the hotel, people walking around with guns on top of that part of the hotel is missing it looks like it’s falling apart, they have people cleaning/fixing up the hotel for a place to stay smh I will never stay here again ever in my life and just because and I paid for a week and wen I seen the bed bugs seen that I had to clean all the rooms they put me in me and my kids stayed one night and asked for or money for the rest of the days that we had left they didn’t want to give it at all so I call the people I book the hotel with they help me got my money back and the lady gonna tell me they put me on a do not return list because they had all this going on and I was happy she did that because nobody need to stay in a place like this wen they paying there own money for it this hotel needs to be close down for good

The A/C did not work in my room. They ran out of towels so I didn't have any towels. Some of the employees were rude!
